The holiday apartment is suitable for max. 4 people.

Parking spaces are available directly in front of the house, a lockable garage for bicycles is available.

Living area approx. 75 sqm:
1 hallway with wardrobe,
2 separate double bedrooms (each with 1 small balcony),
Bathroom with bathtub (shower curtain) and WC separate (each with 1 washbasin),
a newly installed kitchen with 4-burner stove and oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment,
coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, dishes and accessories. From the spacious living room with couch area and dining space
you have access to the large panoramic balcony with loungers, sunshade, table, and chairs.
From here you can enjoy a fantastic view.

If needed, you can heat with a fan heater in the bathroom and an infrared heating panel in the living room.

Location and surroundings of object

The house is situated on a magnificent hillside property about 300 m above the lake on a quiet residential street amidst lush vegetation.

From here you have a fantastic panoramic view of Lake Garda, the town of Malcesine opposite,
and the impressive Monte Baldo massif.

An ideal starting point for hiking and mountain bike tours and for tennis enthusiasts.

The town center of Limone is about 3 km away.
Nearby (approx. Within 1 km there are shopping facilities for daily needs and local restaurants with excellent cuisine.

Otherwise, you can explore the wonderful landscape around Tremosine on numerous hiking or biking tours starting right at your doorstep.
Limone sul Garda lies at the foot of impressively high cliffs, built in terraces on the lake, and is considered one of the most beautiful places on Lake Garda. In summer, there is a lot going on here and numerous events for guests. You will find the true charm of the village just a few steps away from the beautiful lakeside promenade, in the flower-adorned, winding alleys.
Limone has a beautiful, well-kept beach with water sports facilities and boat rentals.
There are also numerous opportunities to indulge in culinary delights.

If you would like things to be quieter again, follow the panoramic road for about 10 minutes back to Bassanega to your holiday home and enjoy the breathtaking view.

And one thing upfront: we want to come back ?

Although the Lago is so close, we were here for the first time for a longer vacation in August 2023.
The house has a beautiful location on the hill with a fantastic view of Lake Garda.
It offers everything you need for a great vacation.
Surrounding restaurants and a small shop for daily needs are quickly reached.

Good starting point for road cyclists if you love mountainous terrain.
Ramps between 15% and over 20% are not uncommon.
The only downside is the heavy traffic on the lakeside road during the peak season, which also dampens the road cycling pleasure, especially if you plan to go around the lake.
An early start helps here or riding in the off-season.

The house mountain Monte Bestone can also be hiked from the front door.
If you have the opportunity, you should definitely visit the "Dolce Serata" in Sermerio.

Super accommodation with everything the outdoor heart desires

We stayed in the holiday home in September. The contact and the booking were very uncomplicated
The landlords are very helpful and friendly
The area around the holiday home is great. Very quiet and in the middle of nature. You can start many tours with your mountain bike or racing bike right from the front door. The tour of the Tremalzo Pass is highly recommended - hardly any tourists, as they all leave from Riva
If you want a bit more hustle and bustle, you can reach Riva and Limone in a few minutes
The view from the balcony is super nice
The flat itself has everything you need for a holiday and was very clean on arrival
We would love to come back!

Vacation

We had a great time in the apartment. Very nice contact with the landlord and quick support in case of a misunderstanding on our part. A wonderful view of the lake and the village across the way. The transfer to Limone by bus works very well. Restaurants and shopping possibilities can be reached in Limone. A lot of information material is available in the apartment. Unfortunately, grilling is understandably not allowed.

Great vacation despite Corona

We had a wonderful time in the holiday apartment.
It was very clean and spacious. In the kitchen, you can find everything you need to prepare anything during a self-catering vacation. The view of the lake while eating takes care of the rest. There were very few tourists at the lake during our stay, and the safety measures taken by the Italians in restaurants are more than sufficient (taking temperatures, etc.).
We will gladly visit the house again next year if the dates are suitable.

House with panoramic view over Lake Garda

Top location with dream view from the terrace. Two bedrooms with balcony with a dream view of Lake Garda, opposite Montebaldo, above Limone. The house is well equipped, there is everything you need. The landlords are very nice and helpful. Everything is very well organised, making the arrival a breeze, and every question was answered immediately. The house is about 7 minutes by car from Limone sul Garda. Nearby is also our dream restaurant Brasa :) It was a very nice holiday, breakfast on the terrace with a view of the lake, what more could you want.
We were as a family now for the tenth time on Lake Garda, the first time in this accommodation, if we make again on this side of the lake holiday, then we go there. Thanks a lot
