Location and surroundings of object
Very quiet location in a side street at the end of the residential area of Denneville-plage, only about 300m from the fine sandy beach and a few hundred meters from the dunes of Surtainville.
The charm of Denneville-plage is the mixture of pure residential buildings with new, but also older, completely original holiday homes. There are no shops or other shopping opportunities here that could be reached without a vehicle. In July and August there is a small tourist center near the official beach access that houses a small grocery store, a bakery and a tourist information center. Only 5 km away is Portbail, a picturesque harbor town, and just 20 km away is Barneville-Carteret.

The dishes and especially the cutlery could be more uniform, but otherwise there was no reason for complaint. The really good mattresses should be highlighted, so we were able to sleep relaxed from the first day on. The beach and the dunes are really in close proximity, so that you only need the car for tours, restaurants, and shopping.

Highly recommended
We felt very comfortable and welcome there with three adults and two dogs. The house is very clean and equipped with everything you need. Everything is at ground level, which is great for older dogs. The beach was almost empty at this time of year and within 5 minutes walking distance.

Holidays in the House Seagull
We spent a lovely holiday in this house. It is very well equipped and was very clean. The property is completely fenced and not visible through the hedges. The beach is 5 minutes away on foot. The owners, who live nearby, are very friendly and helpful.
