Description
This detached holiday home accommodates 6-8 people and has a large garden (700 m²) that is completely dog-proof fenced.
In the very spacious living and dining area is the very well-equipped kitchen. Here there is so much space and work surface that you can cook with several people.
In the living room there is a wonderful fireplace, which together with the electric heating makes the house suitable for winter. There is satellite TV with all common German channels as well as internet (Wi-Fi).
There is a bathroom in the house with shower and bathtub and a new bathroom with shower and additional toilet in the converted garage directly connected to the house.
The house has a total of 3 ground-floor bedrooms, the 4th bedroom (wood-paneled triple room) is half a flight of stairs higher.

Location and surroundings of object
Very quiet location on a side street, almost at the end of the residential area of Denneville-plage, only about 300m from the fine sandy beach and a few hundred meters from the dunes of Surville.
The charm of Denneville-plage is the mix of purely residential houses with new, but also older, very original holiday homes. There are no shops or other shopping facilities here that can be reached without a vehicle.
Only in July and August is there a small tourist center near the official beach access, which houses a small grocery store, a bakery, and a tourist information office. Only 5 km away is Portbail, a picturesque harbor town, and just about 20 km away is Barneville-Carteret.

During the period from 15.06. to 15.09., dogs are unfortunately completely forbidden on the official main beach from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Before that—i.e., until 9:30 a.m.—and after that—from 7:30 p.m. onwards—they are allowed on the beach, officially on a leash. However, the house is situated so that you can reach the "wild" beach via a path very close by through the dunes, where you can simply let your dogs run free.
The house is in my brokerage for a French landlady.

Very beautiful house
The location of the holiday home Möwe is very nice. Only, the undeveloped property shown in the photos in front of the garden terrace is now built on. We felt very comfortable with our two dogs and the hosts are extremely warm. The holiday home Möwe is ideal for staying with dogs (or without). It is very cozy and clean, simply a place to feel good. The kitchen is well equipped (the knives could be a bit sharper?). We will definitely come back…

Beautiful break
A very well-located and also particularly practical house/garden for dog owners. Very nice landlords and a pleasant quiet neighborhood. All appliances available for an undisturbed stay, within walking distance to the beach!

The dishes and especially the cutlery could be more uniform, but otherwise there was no reason for complaint. The really good mattresses should be highlighted, so we were able to sleep relaxed from the first day on. The beach and the dunes are really in close proximity, so that you only need the car for tours, restaurants, and shopping.

Highly recommended
We felt very comfortable and welcome there with three adults and two dogs. The house is very clean and equipped with everything you need. Everything is at ground level, which is great for older dogs. The beach was almost empty at this time of year and within 5 minutes walking distance.

Holidays in the House Seagull
We spent a lovely holiday in this house. It is very well equipped and was very clean. The property is completely fenced and not visible through the hedges. The beach is 5 minutes away on foot. The owners, who live nearby, are very friendly and helpful.

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl mit unseren beiden Hunden und die Gastgeber sind äusserst herzlich. Das Ferienhaus Möwe ist ideal für den Aufenthalt mit Hunden (oder auch ohne). Es ist sehr gemütlich und sauber, einfach zum Wohl fühlen.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (die Messer dürften etwas schärfer sein?).
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder…
Der Strand und die Dünen liegen wirklich in unmittelbarer Nähe, sa dass man nur für Touren, Restaurants und den Einkauf auf das Auto angewiesen ist.
