Description
This beautiful detached holiday home was built in June 2018 and has been furnished and equipped with brand new electrical appliances, furniture, beds and mattresses. The 550sqm beautiful garden is completely and securely fenced with wooden palisades. The house has no direct neighbours.
The room layout is as follows:
Ground floor: Spacious living/dining room with modern open kitchen, 1 bedroom
(double bed 160cm) with CLOTHING ROOM, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet (wheelchair accessible)
First floor: 2 bedrooms (1x double bed 160cm, 1x 2 single beds à 90cm),
1 bathroom with shower and separate WC.
The house is equipped with a geothermal floor heating system.
Up to 3 medium-sized dogs are welcome.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located on a quiet, low-traffic side street in Denneville-plage. The charm of the neighborhood is the mix of residential homes with new, as well as very beautiful older, original vacation homes.
Beach 500m, Portbail 5 km, shopping facility (baker, small grocery store) in summer 800 m, tennis 800 m, golf 10 km, supermarket 5 km
In July and August, dogs are allowed on the main beach of Denneville before 9:30 am and again after 7:30 pm (officially on a leash). However, since the house is at a sufficient distance from the main beach, dogs are allowed to run free on the beach from here at any time of year.

Again and again gladly
Starting from the excellent work of the agency with valuable information to the perfect house, it was a great vacation. The enclosed property provided our two dogs with a nice place to play. Close to the wide sandy beach, which we practically had to ourselves in June. The holiday home is very well equipped, the beds are comfortable, and there are enough seating and lounging options on the terrace. Bakery reachable in 5 minutes by car, as well as the supermarket. The larger and thus better-organized supermarket is in Barneville-Carteret. Uncomplicated contact with a nice landlord.

Great vacation
The location in a quiet, beach-close area is unbeatable. The holiday house offers everything needed for a beautiful beach vacation. Perfect for dog owners; even during the high season, the number of people at the beach is manageable. We will not be there for the last time for a vacation. Great booking, nice landlord!

Beautiful holiday home
Extraordinary holiday home to feel comfortable, very well equipped and cozy, nothing is missing. Everything is very clean and well maintained. There is enough space, even if the weather is not so nice, everyone can find a quiet corner or a place for communal activities. The house has a terrace on three sides. So you always find a suitable spot. The location is very quiet. The beach is easy to reach on foot and also empty in July. The garden is well fenced. Our dog really didn't find a hole to go on an exploration outside. There is the possibility to charge an electric car. We will gladly come back.

Very relaxing holiday
We spent very relaxing holidays in this holiday home. The house is very quietly located on the outskirts of the village. However, the beach is still within walking distance. It offers a lot of space and has everything you could wish for on holiday. The cleanliness should also be emphasised, which contributes greatly to the sense of well-being. It was very positive for us that the entire property is fenced, so that we always knew where our dogs were.
Thank you very much - unfortunately the holiday is always too short.

Top house, top service, top location
We fell in love with this house as soon as we arrived. Even inside, our expectations were exceeded. We have never rented such a great holiday home with such great furnishings. The mix of old and modern is really top. But what was the highlight for the wife - the dressing room - for the teenager - the WLAN ;-). Since this is our second time here, we already know the area pretty well and this year the weather was great. The service here is also great. On one day, the landlord came in person to warn us of a heavy storm.
So we had 2 wonderful weeks here with nothing to complain about. Unfortunately, the time flew by.
We will be happy to come again in the near future
