This beautiful detached holiday home was built in June 2018 and has been furnished and equipped with brand new electrical appliances, furniture, beds and mattresses. The 550sqm beautiful garden is completely and securely fenced with wooden palisades. The house has no direct neighbours.
The room layout is as follows:
Ground floor: Spacious living/dining room with modern open kitchen, 1 bedroom
(double bed 160cm) with CLOTHING ROOM, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet (wheelchair accessible)
First floor: 2 bedrooms (1x double bed 160cm, 1x 2 single beds à 90cm),
1 bathroom with shower and separate WC.
The house is equipped with a geothermal floor heating system.
Up to 3 medium-sized dogs are welcome.

The house is located in a quiet side street in Denneville-plage, in
closer to the house Florence.
The charm of the neighborhood is the mix of pure homes with new,
but also very nice older, original holiday homes.
Beach 600m, Portbail 5 km, supermarket (bakery, small
medium-sized business) in the summer 800 m, tennis 800 m, golf 10 km, supermarket

In July and August dogs are not allowed on the main beach Denneville.
But if you go south away from the main beach, you may even
run free.

Beautiful holiday home
Extraordinary holiday home to feel comfortable, very well equipped and cozy, nothing is missing. Everything is very clean and well maintained. There is enough space, even if the weather is not so nice, everyone can find a quiet corner or a place for communal activities. The house has a terrace on three sides. So you always find a suitable spot. The location is very quiet. The beach is easy to reach on foot and also empty in July. The garden is well fenced. Our dog really didn't find a hole to go on an exploration outside. There is the possibility to charge an electric car. We will gladly come back.

Very relaxing holiday
We spent very relaxing holidays in this holiday home. The house is very quietly located on the outskirts of the village. However, the beach is still within walking distance. It offers a lot of space and has everything you could wish for on holiday. The cleanliness should also be emphasised, which contributes greatly to the sense of well-being. It was very positive for us that the entire property is fenced, so that we always knew where our dogs were.
Thank you very much - unfortunately the holiday is always too short.

Top house, top service, top location
We fell in love with this house as soon as we arrived. Even inside, our expectations were exceeded. We have never rented such a great holiday home with such great furnishings. The mix of old and modern is really top. But what was the highlight for the wife - the dressing room - for the teenager - the WLAN ;-). Since this is our second time here, we already know the area pretty well and this year the weather was great. The service here is also great. On one day, the landlord came in person to warn us of a heavy storm.
So we had 2 wonderful weeks here with nothing to complain about. Unfortunately, the time flew by.
We will be happy to come again in the near future
Kind regards from the Main-Taunus-Kreis also to the mediator Mrs. P. who supported us so well. Keep it up.

Fantastic holidays in Denneville Plage
We, a family with two children and dogs, spent wonderful holidays in House Elise. From the beginning, everything was perfect: the care in D and the welcome in F by the landlords.
The house is quietly located on the outskirts of the village and yet close to the beach
On arrival we were surprised at how large and spacious all the rooms were. Better than on the photos! The gallery on the first floor was a great surprise, you can see a corner of the sea from the balcony. The furnishings are tasteful, a mix between lots of new furniture and some antique pieces, discreetly decorated. All kitchen appliances are new and in perfect working order. Washing machine and dryer ditto. Pots and pans are plentiful. All kitchen utensils are top. The garden barbecue is from Weber. The beds were nicely made and there were towels too.
I could rave on and on. Conclusion:
People and animals felt very, very comfortable for three weeks, and it was hard to leave.
The garden had not yet been laid out, which was not to be expected as the house had only recently been completed.
We thank the landlords for the relaxing time in the lovingly furnished house and hope very much that next year or the year after there will still be a date available for us.
