Description
This beautiful detached holiday home was built in June 2018 and has been furnished and equipped with brand new electrical appliances, furniture, beds and mattresses. The 550sqm beautiful garden is completely and securely fenced with wooden palisades. The house has no direct neighbours.
The room layout is as follows:
Ground floor: Spacious living/dining room with modern open kitchen, 1 bedroom
(double bed 160cm) with CLOTHING ROOM, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet (wheelchair accessible)
First floor: 2 bedrooms (1x double bed 160cm, 1x 2 single beds à 90cm),
1 bathroom with shower and separate WC.
The house is equipped with a geothermal floor heating system.
Up to 3 medium-sized dogs are welcome.

The house is located on a quiet, little-frequented side street in Denneville-plage.
The charm of the neighborhood is the mix of purely residential houses with new, but also very beautiful older, original holiday homes.

During the period from 15.06. to 15.09., dogs are unfortunately completely prohibited on the official main beach from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Before that—i.e., until 9:30 a.m.—and after that—from 7:30 p.m. onward—they are allowed on the beach, officially on a leash.
However, the house is situated so that you can reach the "wild" beach via a path very close by through the dunes, where you can simply let your dogs run free.
In the direction of Portbail, you can completely bypass the main beach of Denneville and Lindbergh-plage by going a bit through the quiet residential area and later through the dunes. From the Lindbergh dunes, you can return to the wide, unsupervised beach.
The house is in my rental for a French landlady.

Again and again gladly
Starting from the excellent work of the agency with valuable information to the perfect house, it was a great vacation. The enclosed property provided our two dogs with a nice place to play. Close to the wide sandy beach, which we practically had to ourselves in June. The holiday home is very well equipped, the beds are comfortable, and there are enough seating and lounging options on the terrace. Bakery reachable in 5 minutes by car, as well as the supermarket. The larger and thus better-organized supermarket is in Barneville-Carteret. Uncomplicated contact with a nice landlord.

Great vacation
The location in a quiet, beach-close area is unbeatable. The holiday house offers everything needed for a beautiful beach vacation. Perfect for dog owners; even during the high season, the number of people at the beach is manageable. We will not be there for the last time for a vacation. Great booking, nice landlord!

Beautiful holiday home
Extraordinary holiday home to feel comfortable, very well equipped and cozy, nothing is missing. Everything is very clean and well maintained. There is enough space, even if the weather is not so nice, everyone can find a quiet corner or a place for communal activities. The house has a terrace on three sides. So you always find a suitable spot. The location is very quiet. The beach is easy to reach on foot and also empty in July. The garden is well fenced. Our dog really didn't find a hole to go on an exploration outside. There is the possibility to charge an electric car. We will gladly come back.

Very relaxing holiday
We spent very relaxing holidays in this holiday home. The house is very quietly located on the outskirts of the village. However, the beach is still within walking distance. It offers a lot of space and has everything you could wish for on holiday. The cleanliness should also be emphasised, which contributes greatly to the sense of well-being. It was very positive for us that the entire property is fenced, so that we always knew where our dogs were.
Thank you very much - unfortunately the holiday is always too short.

Top house, top service, top location
We fell in love with this house as soon as we arrived. Even inside, our expectations were exceeded. We have never rented such a great holiday home with such great furnishings. The mix of old and modern is really top. But what was the highlight for the wife - the dressing room - for the teenager - the WLAN ;-). Since this is our second time here, we already know the area pretty well and this year the weather was great. The service here is also great. On one day, the landlord came in person to warn us of a heavy storm.
So we had 2 wonderful weeks here with nothing to complain about. Unfortunately, the time flew by.
We will be happy to come again in the near future

Das Ferienhaus bietet alles was man für einen schönen Strandurlaub braucht.
Perfekt für Hundebesitzer selbst in der Hauptsaison sind die Leute am Strand überschaubar.
Wir waren nicht zum letzten Mal dort zum Urlaub machen.

Also es waren 2 herrliche Wochen hier in den es nichts zu Meckern gab. Leider verging die Zeit wie im Flug.
Wir kommen gerne wieder in naher Zukunft.

Das Haus liegt ruhig am Ortsrand und dennoch nah am Strand.
Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir überrascht wie groß und großzügig alle Räume sind. Besser als auf den Fotos! Die Galerie im OG war eine tolle Überraschung, vom Balkon kann man einen Zipfel Meer sehen. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll, ein Mix zwischen vielen neuen Möbeln und einigen antiken Stücken, dezent dekoriert. Alle Küchengeräte sind neu und einwandfrei. Waschmaschine und Trockner dito. Töpfe und Pfannen sind ausreichend vorhanden. Alle Küchenutensilien sind top. Der Gartengrill ist von Weber. Die Betten waren hübsch bezogen und Handtücher gab es auch.
Ich könnte noch länger und ausführlicher schwärmen. Fazit:
Mensch und Tier haben sich drei Wochen sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt, die Abreise fiel schwer.
Der Garten war noch nicht angelegt, damit war auch nicht zu rechnen, da das Haus erst kürzlich fertig gestellt wurde.
Wir danken den Vermietern für die erholsame Zeit in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus und hoffen sehr, dass nächstes oder übernächstes Jahr noch ein Termin für uns frei ist.
