We rent our holiday house in France on the Cotentin peninsula in Normandy.
Denneville is a small typical Norman village on the Cotentin peninsula. It is a sister town of Dennweiler Frohnbach, Rhineland Palatinate. Here life is still as before with its quiet, typically French way of life. The fine sand beach is only 50m away. The dunes are part of the resort on the beach overlooking Jersey.
The house (130m², perfect for 8 to 10 people) itself (modern style - wood - with excellent comfort) has 4 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 WC' bicycles can be parked in a garage. Garden and terrace facing the south. The house is not fully fenced but a dog is welcome.
Price 600 to 1600 € / week depending on the time.

It is the westernmost part of Normandy and borders directly on Brittany. The peninsula is green at all seasons, with hedges, centuries-old villages, abbeys and castles, of which we only want to mention the world famous abbey of Le Mont St. Michel. Cotentin is the land of Camembert, Cidre, Calvados and (Carteret - St Helier), for example, for a day trip to the duty-free shopping Cotentin has one of the most beautiful beaches in the world very mild microclimate and to the proof there are even (some) palm , the place of your holiday home, is a very small, typical Norman village with a church, a small shop, a butcher, a baker, and a small in the proximity are very recommendable. Shopping possibilities are in the village - in the small port town of Portbail, in Barneville Carteret or in La Haye du Puits : here you can still live like God in house is located 50 meters from the wide, white and not crowded beach. The landscape is reminiscent of Sylt with its dunes. A small quiet hamlet with neighbors who are still farming. Here is peace guaranteed. The house is not fully fenced but a dog is welcome. Horses are another specialty in the area. Fishing and fishing of sea animals is a sport.
