The Holiday home
The beautiful villa with outbuildings and large pool is located in a secluded location, surrounded by a large garden about 65 km south of Florence and about 25 km west of Arezzo. The 40 km away Siena and the Chianti region can min in 30-45. be achieved. The next place Badia Agnano is about km away.
Interior divided the villa into three separate apartments, which are elegantly and tastefully furnished and offers enough retreat for private hours. During the renovation has been taken to ensure that the typical Tuscan charm was preserved. A common area with kitchen offers enough space for the entire group to cook delicious dishes or to enjoy the evening with a glass of wine together.

Apartment Rosmarino on the 1st floor of the main house to 8 persons:
Area about 125 square meters, 3 bedrooms with double beds, two small rooms with single beds, living / dining room with integrated kitchen and dishwasher, TV / SAT system, 3 bathrooms equipped with washbasin, bidet, toilet and shower. Terrace with garden furniture. From the apartment has views over the pool and and the width of the Tuscan countryside.
Apartment Ginestra in EC of the main house to 3 persons:
Area about 55 sqm, 1 double bedroom, a small room with single bed, large living / dining room with integrated kitchen and TV / SAT equipment, 1 bathroom with sink, bidet, toilet and shower. Terrace with garden furniture. From the apartment you have view of the garden and pool.
Apartment Fienile in the annexe to 4 persons:
The former granary with about 57 sqm underwent loving in an apartment with two floors. The 1st floor is accessed via a small metal spiral staircase.
Upstairs: a double bedroom + small fridge and a bathroom with sink, bidet, toilet and shower.
On the ground floor: a double bedroom, large living / dining room with integrated kitchen and TV / SAT system and open fireplace, 1 bathroom with bidet, toilet and shower. Terrace with garden furniture. From the apartment you have view of the garden and pool.
Next there is a large separate living-dining room with integrated kitchen on the ground floor of the main house with open fireplace, satellite TV, dishwasher and sofas, which all persons can accommodate a joint meeting.

Wir haben als Großfamilie mit Hund und Kindern einen wunderschönen Urlaub auf diesem traumhaften Anwesen erlebt. Die Unterteilung in drei separate Wohnungen mit einem großen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Küche war für uns ideal. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und der große Garten ist eingezäunt, so dass wir die Kinder und den Hund alleine laufen lassen konnten. Der Pool ist ein Traum!
Wr haben Florenz, Siena, Arezzo und das Chianti Gebiet besucht - Toskana wir kommen wieder. Gerne wieder hier her!

Einfach mal entspannen

Wir waren insgesamt 16 Personen (10 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder und 2 Babys), mit anderen Worten hatten wir die gesamte Anlage gemietet und für uns alleine. Es ist alles da was man zum entspannen benötigt, selbst W-Lan ist kostenlos. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und man muss auf nix verzichten. Auch ein Pool ist nicht selbstverständlich in dieser Gegend, wir wurden von anderen Urlaubern gefragt, ob Sie für Geld in „unseren“ Pool dürften. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls genügend vorhanden.
Massimo ist der Besitzer dieser Anlage und diese gehörte seinen Eltern und dies merkte man auch, dass Ihm an dieser Anlage etwas liegt. Er kam jeden Tag fast ohne dass man Ihn bemerkte und prüfte die Wasserqualität und kümmerte sich liebevoll um alles was ringsherum so anfällt. Eines Nachts musste leider eines der Babys ins Krankenhaus und wir riefen Massimo an und fragten nach dem nächsten Krankenhaus. Massimo sagte nur Kurz, ich bin in 10 Minuten da. Er kam und führ die Eltern mit dem Baby ins Krankenhaus. Er wartete geduldig 3 Stunden und brachte auch alle wieder zu dem Anwesen. Dies ist bei weiten nicht selbstverständlich.
Ebenfalls die Innenausstattung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und recht komfortable.
Alles in allem war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt da und auch ein großes Lob an Herrn Stoller, über Ihn buchten wir alles und er hat kümmerte sich, dass wir eher in das Anwesen dürften usw.
Wenn wir wieder in die Toskana fahren buchen wir zu 1000% bei Herrn Stoller und möchten zu Massimo in sein Anwesend.
