In 2011, the semi-detached house Marija 100m2 has been renovated and rented the first time our guests.
This is a typical Istrian stone house with pool for sole use, barbecue and plenty of space in the fenced plot.
The ground floor is the kitchen, the living room (with sofa bed if required) and a bathroom with shower.
On 1st floor of the house are two bedrooms with double beds and the second bathroom, also with shower.
Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning, washing machine, barbecue area, parking area. Pet are allowed.

Visnjan in Istria, Croatia The house is in Anzici, a quiet town in Visnjan. The nearest major town is Visnjan and is 10km away from the house. Restaurants and a supermarket you will find in Visnjan.
The next larger town Porec and is located around 20km. Around Porec there are many beautiful stretches of beach and offers. Here you can go shopping, the good gastronomy of Istria savor or to continue their education cul.

Family vacation with dog
We felt comfortable from the beginning. Nice little quiet place. Very clean, tidy and pleasantly furnished. The outdoor area and pool are well maintained. The landlord is very nice and helpful. We only missed a dishwasher. Anytime again!!!!

Fantastic from the start
Very gladly again and again!!! Vacation from the very first second! A super lovely family and beautiful quiet location. We immediately booked for next year!!! Looking forward to seeing you again. The house was very clean and everything was in perfect order. The garden was perfectly maintained and the pool was super clean.

A nice vacation
It was nice and quiet, the landlords were very friendly and nice, and the house was beautiful and clean. We felt very comfortable there. However, it's also very far out, so you need a car to do shopping, etc. But for us, it was perfect. Highly recommended.
