Road to the beach 450 meters Callantsoog is located in the northern part of North Holland. The apartment is located directly behind the dunes, so the beach is easy to reach from there. (450 meters)
The surrounding countryside is in Callantsoog from beach, sea, dunes, polders and bright fields, forests and an internationally recognized nature reserve Zwanenwater south of Callantsoog. A beautiful 580 hectare natural landscape with two large dune lakes, marshes, ponds, heath and woodland.

Free cancellation possible up to 42 days before the arrival date.
In our rental agreement: 5. Cancellation 5.1 If the renter is unable, unwilling, or refuses to rent the apartment on the agreed date for any reason, he should immediately notify by phone and must confirm this in writing via email. If the renter terminates the contract up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, he pays 30% of the rent; cancellation up to 4 weeks before incurs 60%, and from 2 weeks until the start of the rental period 100%. 5.1.1 The renter is strongly advised to take out travel and cancellation insurance. 5.1.2 Exception in regard to clause 5.1: If the renter must cancel due to circumstances related to Covid-19 (government measures), a full refund of 100% of the rent will be given up to 7 days prior to arrival. 5.1.3 If the renter cancels, we will charge 35 euros in administration costs. 5.2 If the renter communicates at the start of or during the rental period that he will no longer make use of the rented property, he is still obliged to pay the full rent. Optional: If the vacation home is re-rented (the old renter, if he wishes, can provide a new renter, if possible, in consultation with the landlord), the rent that the renter must pay according to the terms is reduced by the amount the landlord receives from the new renter during this period.

Beautiful accommodation.
The accommodation has everything you need as a self-caterer. It is very clean and practically furnished. The place and the beach are reachable on foot as described. The landlords are very nice and accommodating. We would definitely like to come back.
