The apartment is cozy furnished. It is more than 40 sqm.

You can enjoy cable television (with many German, English and French channels) and free Wi-Fi.
Bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a simple kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine, a Queen-size bed, an additional bed would be no problem.

We provide 2 loan-bicycles Free with the rental of our apartment

Location and surroundings of object

We have made on the groundfloor a completely new and cozy apartment, with private entrance.
Equipped with double bed, shower, toilet, cable TV, WiFi, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine. electric hot plates
Near the holliday apartment there are many fine shops, supermarkets, many restaurants and a cinema.
We provide 2 loan bicycles Free with the rental of our apartment
The circuit of Zandvoort is located about kilometers away from the apartment.

You can walk to train station in 5 minutes. By train it takes 20 minutes to Haarlem and 30 minutes to Amsterdam.

The dunes and beach offers plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling.
From the A9 highway exit Haarlem -Zuid it takes 20 minutes towards Zandvoort

nice vacation

really lovely apartment located near the center, the station and the beach, complete with everything from the kitchen to the bathroom, clean with typical furniture, ideal for weekends but also longer holidays, nice and kind staff in giving any information for a relaxing holiday , we can't wait to come back we really had a great time it felt like being at home ... thanks a lot

Nice holiday with a friendly host.

Super nice host. (Hostess was on a business trip). We were provided with extensive information about Zandvoort and the surrounding area. My wife and I found everything as described. Definitely book a parking space, as there are no free spaces in Zandvoort.

Everything's fine.....

You can really only report positive things here....
The apartment is as described.... (one must be clear that it is an apartment and not a flat)
Everything is clean and well-maintained....
The landlords are super nice and cool....
We felt very comfortable all around....
We can only recommend it....
and would love to come back....

Hello, we had a nice weekend in the apartment. Everything you need is available! There is a heater on-site for chilly evenings, which warmed up quickly. Very quiet location, really recommended for 2 people!! We would love to come back.

We had a fantastic week of vacation with you. Very good value for money, beautiful apartment with everything you need. Super nice and accommodating landlords who are happy to provide additional services such as changing towels and giving great excursion tips. The apartment is centrally located in the city center and yet quiet, the beach can be reached in 5 minutes. We will be back and can only recommend you.

Enttäuscht

In the photo, you can see the front view of the landlord's house, but unfortunately not the actual property. This is a basement room in the basement, where there is a constant draft. You enter it after climbing an iron staircase, which was very difficult to walk on and also quite narrow! The bathroom is not heated at all!!! A table with 2 chairs, not really comfortable, a double bed, where we had to ask for bedding for the 2nd person, both heaters did NOT work on the first night, and it was drafty and freezing. The noise level is very loud due to constant pump and heater noises, the house is very echoic, you can hear every step from above. . . . . relaxing is unfortunately not possible here.
Cleanliness was also a point of criticism. The hosts are very nice, but on the first night from Saturday to Sunday, sleeping was out of the question until around 2 am. Overall, I will definitely not visit this holiday apartment/cellar again. Not recommended.

Schade, die Damen haben uns nicht mit dieser Kritik berichtet. Wir hatten unsere Gäste helfen können und das Problem zu lösen. Wir geben immer voraus, dass wir jederzeit beschibaar sollte es etwas zu wünschen übrig sein.

Wir haben bis jetzt nur positive Reaktionen (im Gästebuch) und auch die aktuellen Gästen. Unsere Wohnung in der Mitte des Dorfes und konnte am Samstag laut sein.

Die Fotos auf der Website sind mit einem Handy aufgenommen und wird deshalb lassen nichts zu Ihrer Fantasie.
