We have made on the groundfloor a completely new and cozy apartment, with private entrance.
Equipped with double bed, shower, toilet, cable TV, WiFi, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine. electric hot plates
Near the holliday apartment there are many fine shops, supermarkets, many restaurants and a cinema.
We provide 2 loan bicycles Free with the rental of our apartment
The circuit of Zandvoort is located about kilometers away from the apartment.
You can walk to train station in 5 minutes. By train it takes 20 minutes to Haarlem and 30 minutes to Amsterdam.
The dunes and beach offers plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling.
From the A9 highway exit Haarlem -Zuid it takes 20 minutes towards Zandvoort

nice vacation
really lovely apartment located near the center, the station and the beach, complete with everything from the kitchen to the bathroom, clean with typical furniture, ideal for weekends but also longer holidays, nice and kind staff in giving any information for a relaxing holiday , we can't wait to come back we really had a great time it felt like being at home ... thanks a lot

Schöner Urlaub bei einem netten Gastgeber
Super-netter Gastgeber. (Gastgeberin war auf Geschäftsreise). Wir sind mit umfangreichen Infos über Zandvoort und Umgebung versorgt worden. Meine Frau und ich haben alles so vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Unbedingt Stellplatz mitbuchen, da in Zandvoort keine freien Plätze zu finden sind.

also da kann man wirklich nur positives berichten....
das apartement ist wie beschrieben....
(da muss man sich halt klar sein das es ein apartement und keine wohnung ist)
alles sauber und gepflegt....
die vermieter sind super nett und cool....
wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt...

Hallo, haben ein schönes Wochenende in der Wohnung verlebt. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt! Für frische Abende ein Heizöfchen vor Ort, war sehr schnell warm. Sehr ruhige Lage, wirklich für 2 Personen zu empfehlen!!

Wir haben eine Woche super klasse Urlaub bei Ihnen verbracht.Sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis, schöne Wohnung mit allem was man benötigt.Super nette zuvorkommende Vermieter, die einem bei Bedarf gern zusätzlich z. B. Handtücher austauschen,ebenso tolle Ausflugstips geben.Die Wohnung liegt absolut zentral im Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig, Strand in 5 min.zu erreichen.Wir kommen wieder und können Sie nur empfehlen.

Toller Kurzurlaub.........
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub in Zandvoort!!!!!
Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral zur Stadt und zum Strand,
die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend und
wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen.
Ausstattung / und Preis-Leistung steht in einem sehr guten Verhältnis.
Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!!

Enttäuscht
Auf dem Foto sieht man die Frontansicht des Hauses der Vermieter....leider aber nicht das Objekt selbst. Es handelt sich hier um einen Kellerraum im Soutterrain, in welchem es ständig zieht....Man betritt diesen nachdem man eine Eisentreppe, welche sehr schwierig begehbar war und ebenso recht eng! Das Badezimmer ist gar nicht geheizt!!! Ein Tisch mit 2 Stühlen, nicht wirklich bequem, ein Doppelbett, auch dort mussten wir nach Bettzeug für die 2te Person fragen, in der ersten Nacht funktionierten beide Heizungen NICHT, und es zog und war eiskalt. Die Geräuschkulisse ist durch die ständigen Geräusche der Pumpen und Heizungen sehr laut, das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, man hört jeden Schritt von oben.....von Enstpannung kann man hier leider nicht reden.
Sauberkeit war ebenfalls ein Kritikpunkt...
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, aber in der ersten Nacht von Samstag auf Sonntag war bis ca 2 Uhr nachts gar nicht an Schlafen zu denken.....Alles in allem werde ich diese Ferienwohnung/Keller sicherlich nicht mehr aufsuchen...Nicht empfehlenswert

Schade, die Damen haben uns nicht mit dieser Kritik berichtet. Wir hatten unsere Gäste helfen können und das Problem zu lösen. Wir geben immer voraus, dass wir jederzeit beschibaar sollte es etwas zu wünschen übrig sein.
Wir haben bis jetzt nur positive Reaktionen (im Gästebuch) und auch die aktuellen Gästen. Unsere Wohnung in der Mitte des Dorfes und konnte am Samstag laut sein.
Die Fotos auf der Website sind mit einem Handy aufgenommen und wird deshalb lassen nichts zu Ihrer Fantasie.

Einfach ideal...
Uns hat es hier wirklich gut gefallen. Für niederländische Verhältnisse großes Apartment, ruhig, wirklich zentral zu Strand, Bahnhof, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten! Sehr freundliche Hilfe bei Ausflugsplanungen, wirkliches Insiderwissen, selbst für Amsterdam-Kenner wie uns. Die Lage im Souterrain hst uns absolut nicht gestört. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
