The home port of our houseboat is the Bootshafen Nahmitz on the Netzener See near Kloster Lehnin in the beautiful Havelland southwest of Berlin (1 hour travel time to Berlin city center).
Use the houseboat, firmly anchored, as a floating holiday home at an idyllic location of your choice on the Netzener See. Enjoy a relaxing bathing and recreation holiday in the Havel region.
On extensive cycling tours and hikes you can experience the diverse cultural landscape of the Havel region.
LOCATION - DISCOVER NATURE AND CULTURE:
Lake Netzener / the Nahmitz marina is located in the west of the state of Brandenburg, about 70 km west of Berlin, in the midst of an attractive water and forest landscape. The water sports area "Brandenburger Havelseen" is one of the 10 largest areas in Germany and forms the gateway to the largest contiguous inland water sports area in Western Europe.
In the vicinity of the city of Brandenburg an der Havel, there are ten natural lakes, which are mainly fed by the Havel. The largest lakes in the city area are the Plauer See with an area of approx. 640 ha and the Beetzsee. In addition, there are several canals that were constructed at different times. Brandenburg an der Havel is the oldest town in the Mark (“Cradle of the Mark”), first mentioned in documents in 948 as the first bishop’s town east of the Elbe. In the city area, the Havel branches into a multitude of waterways. Brandenburg an der Havel has three historic town centers in close proximity, each on its own island, forming a unique architectural ensemble. The nearby former royal residence city of Potsdam, with its numerous and unique palaces and parks (UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage List), can be easily reached via the Havel!

Great houseboat.
We were 3 people on the houseboat over the Pentecost weekend in 2023 and enjoyed our time there very much. The furnishings correspond largely to the pictures in the advertisement. The boat was anchored in a somewhat sheltered location not far from the port and could be reached by the small motorboat in about 5 minutes. With this small boat we also explored the lake, the houseboat is so wide that it does not fit through the canals and therefore should not be moved by us. The contact with the landlords was very pleasant, we would certainly rent from the Schulzes again.

Super , super accommodation ... ???
From the arrival, the handover of the houseboat and the stay there is really nothing to complain about. The location in the bay is unique, thanks to the motorboat tours are no problem. The houseboat has a very good and well-kept equipment and the landlord is super ... we like to come back ... thanks again ... ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
