The home port of our houseboat is the Nahmitz boat harbour on Lake Netzen near Kloster Lehnin in the beautiful Havelland region southwest of Berlin (1 hour's drive to Berlin city centre).
Use the houseboat firmly anchored as a floating holiday home at an idyllic location of your choice on Lake Netzen. Enjoy a relaxed bathing and recreation holiday in the Havel region.
You can experience a diverse cultural landscape of the Havel region on extensive cycling tours and hikes.
LOCATION - DISCOVER NATURE AND CULTURE:
Lake Netzen / Nahmitz boat harbour is located in the west of the state of Brandenburg, about 70 km west of Berlin, in the midst of a charming water and forest landscape.
The water sports area "Brandenburger Havelseen" is one of the 10 largest areas in Germany and forms the gateway to the largest contiguous inland water sports area in Western Europe.
There are ten natural lakes in the vicinity of the city of Brandenburg an der Havel, most of which are fed by the Havel. The largest lakes in the city area are Lake Plauer See with an area of approx. 640 ha and Lake Beetzsee. There are also a number of canals which were
were created at different times.
Brandenburg an der Havel is the oldest city in the Mark ("Cradle of the Mark") and was the first bishop's town east of the Elbe to be mentioned in a document in 948. In the city area, the Havel branches out into a multitude of waterways. Brandenburg an der Havel has three historic town centres in a very small area, each on its own island, which form a special architectural ensemble.
The nearby former royal seat of Potsdam with its numerous and unique palaces and parks (UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage) can be easily reached via the Havel!

- Mietbedingungen Anreisetag: nach Absprache zusätzliche Informationen zum Mietpreis: zusätzliche Informationen: Preis für bis zu 4 Personen. Ab 5 Personen zusätzlich 5,- Euro am Tag. Strom bis 10 kW/h am Tag frei, dann 0,50 Euro pro kW/h. Bettwäsche: 8,- Euro pro Mietzeitraum. Die Hausordnung ist Bestandteil des Mietvertrages. Die Buchung ist abgeschlossen, sobald der Mietpreis incl. auf dem Konto des Vermieters eingegangen ist. Es ist generell möglich die Buchung für das Ferienhaus zu stornieren. Stornogebühr 60 bis 31 Tage vor Mietbeginn 30% vom Mietpreis, Stornogebühr 15 bis 30 Tage vor Mietbeginn 50% vom Mietpreis, Stornogebühr ab 14 Tage vor Mietbeginn 90% vom Mietpreis. Der Vermieter ist berechtigt, den Mietvertrag im Falle nicht voraussehbarer höherer Gewalt, Streik oder Ähnlichem fristlos zu kündigen. Geleistete Zahlungen werden zurückerstattet. Ca. eine Woche vor Beginn des Mietzeitraumes bekommen Sie noch eine email bzw. einen Anruf von mir mit dem Zugangscode zum Ferienhaus. Rechte und Pflichten: a) Das Mietverhältnis umfasst das Objekt mit allem Inventar, für die vertraglich festgesetzte Zeit. Es dürfen nicht mehr Personen das Objekt bewohnen als bei der Anmeldung angegeben wurden. b) Alle Gegenstände, Möbel und sonstige Einrichtungen, dürfen vom Mieter unter Achtung der Hausordnung benutzt werden. Auftretende Schäden oder Mängel müssen unverzüglich durch den Mieter gemeldet werden. Er haftet für die Schäden, die von ihm und den ihn begleitenden Personen, verursacht werden. Bei Übernahme des Objekts kann vom Vermieter eine Kaution verlangt werden. c) Es wird keine Versicherung für den Mieter und dessen Eigentum abgeschlossen. An- und Abreise: Um das Ferienhaus für die nächsten Gäste vorzubereiten möchten wir Sie bitten das Ferienhaus bis 10:00 Uhr zu verlassen. Die Anreise ist ab 15:00 Uhr möglich. An Tagen, an denen wir keinen Gästewechsel haben, können die An- bzw. Abreise auch individuell abgesprochen werden. Vorzeitige Abreise: Bei einer vorzeitigen Abreise besteht kein Anspruch auf Erstattung des Mietpreises. Preisminderung: Bei einem kurzfristigen Ausfall von Einrichtungsgegenständen, der öffentlichen Versorgung oder durch höhere Gewalt besteht kein Anspruch auf Preisminderung. Mängel an dem Ferienhaus sind sofort dem Vermieter mitzuteilen. Der Gast gewährt dem Vermieter eine Frist von 48 Stunden zur Beseitigung der Mängel. Spätere Reklamationen werden nicht akzeptiert und können nicht angerechnet werden. Rauchen im Ferienhaus ist generell verboten. Die Reinigung des Hauses wird pauschal mit 50,- € berechnet. Sie ist Bestandteil der Mietkosten des ersten Tages. Wir möchten Sie bitten, das Ferienhaus in einem ordentlichen und besenreinen Zustand zu verlassen. Dazu gehört das Spülen des Geschirrs, sowie die Trennung und Entsorgung Ihrer Abfälle in die dafür vorgesehenen Behältnisse. Bettwäsche bitte abziehen. Der Mieter und seine Begleitpersonen haften im vollen Umfang für die verursachten Schäden am Inventar oder dem Ferienhaus. Eventuelle Schäden müssen sofort dem Vermieter mitgeteilt werden und können in der Regel über die private Haftpflichtversicherung reguliert werden. Der Vermieter

Great houseboat.
We were 3 people on the houseboat over the Pentecost weekend in 2023 and enjoyed our time there very much. The furnishings correspond largely to the pictures in the advertisement. The boat was anchored in a somewhat sheltered location not far from the port and could be reached by the small motorboat in about 5 minutes. With this small boat we also explored the lake, the houseboat is so wide that it does not fit through the canals and therefore should not be moved by us. The contact with the landlords was very pleasant, we would certainly rent from the Schulzes again.

Super , super accommodation ... ???
From the arrival, the handover of the houseboat and the stay there is really nothing to complain about. The location in the bay is unique, thanks to the motorboat tours are no problem. The houseboat has a very good and well-kept equipment and the landlord is super ... we like to come back ... thanks again ... ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
