In the comfortably and modernly furnished holiday home, there are four bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and two bathrooms over 110 m². The living room welcomes you with a couch as well as a TV and stereo system. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a television, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and a toaster. The dining table seats 7 people. In three bedrooms there are 2 single beds each, in another there is 1 single bed. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet, and 2 sinks. The second bathroom is equipped with a toilet and a sink. You can relax on the terrace with garden furniture and a charcoal grill. 4 parking spaces are available free of charge.
The garden has an area of approx. 400 sqm. The windows on the ground floor are equipped with shutters and insect screens, the basement windows with blinds and insect screens.
Non-smoking apartment. Smoking is permitted on the terrace. The apartment is fitted with laminate flooring and tiles – allergy-friendly.

Location and surroundings of object
The many nearby lakes offer countless water sports opportunities. From swimming to sailing, surfing, pedal boating, water skiing, and fishing, there is something suitable for everyone. Groß Helle is also surrounded by wide fields and beautiful forests, excellently suited for a hiking, cycling, or horseback riding excursion.
In nearby Neubrandenburg, there are extensive shopping opportunities on the shopping boulevard. Museums, theaters, cinema, exhibitions, and a beautiful picturesque old town offer a wide range of cultural activities.
The Baltic Sea and the islands of Rügen and Usedom can also be reached in about 1.5 hours for a day trip. The detached holiday home is located in a small, quiet village in the east of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Groß Helle is surrounded by meadows and forests, right in the middle of nature. Hiking, cycling, and riding trails stretch across the wide countryside and invite you to go exploring. A bathing lake is located at a distance of 2.5 km. Many other lakes as well as Lake Tollense and Lake Müritz are not far away and offer a variety of water sports opportunities. Shopping facilities and restaurants are about 8 km away. The nearest larger city, Neubrandenburg, is about 15 km away. Here you will find a shopping promenade, numerous restaurants and cafes, as well as many cultural and historical monuments, churches, and museums. The Old Castle in Penzlin, also approx. 10 km away, it is known far beyond its borders for its Museum of Magic and Witch Hunts in Mecklenburg. Especially on Walpurgis Night and on the penultimate weekend in August, the castle grounds are transformed into a historic marketplace. The house is located on the outskirts of the village with an enclosed property.

It was a beautiful family weekend.
We were there with 12 people and we really liked it. We all had enough space. The house is well equipped with everything you need. The large dining table offers enough space, which we thought was great. The small garden can be used well for small leisure activities. During the day, we took a trip to Waren/Müritz (about 30 km away). The landlord is friendly and was very accommodating during our arrival and departure. For that, also 5 stars. Overall, the house is very beautiful and we can only recommend it further.

Dream vacation at the Mecklenburg Lake District in a beautiful holiday destination and house.
The holiday home offers everything you need for the perfect vacation. At first glance, you can see how lovingly it is furnished. The holiday destination provides absolute relaxation and invites you to cycle and hike. The landlord is very hospitable and always has an open ear for his guests.
