The Holiday home

The property is difficult to see from the outside due to its hillside location, but you can see for yourself the whole area.
There are two levels, each with a terrace. In the middle is house. From all levels you have a beautiful panoramic view over the landscape of Javea, Gata de Gorgos and Jesus Pobre.

The house
The upper floor
You can reach the upper floor through the upper terrace as well as via a staircase from the lower terrace.
- The living room is right in the middle of the house. It can be reached via the living room, dining room, the middle floor, the hall and the kitchen. It has 2 sofas, TV with German satellite reception and a fireplace.

- The living, dining room is located at the front entrance of the house. You can reach it via the front entrance or the living room. Through the large windows you have a panoramic view over the landscape of Javea, Gata de Gorgos and Jesus Pobre. It has 1 sofa, 1 armchair and a table with chairs for 8 people.

- The corridor connects what living room with the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

- The bedroom 1 is at the end of the hallway. It has a bed 200x150cm, 2 bedside tables, 2 closets, air conditioning and fan. Through a door you come to the bathroom 1, which is equipped with a bath, sink and toilet.

- Bedroom 2 is located in the middle of the hallway. It has a bed 190x140cm, a chest of drawers, 1 closet and air conditioning.

- The bedroom 3 is at the beginning of the hallway. It has two beds 200x85cm, a night box, 1 closet and air conditioning.

- The laundry room serves as entrance from the upper terrace. It has a washing machine and a dryer.

- The kitchen is located between the laundry room and the living room. It is fully furnished for up to 10 people. Coffee machine, oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, blender, food processor and much more.


The middle floor
It can be reached by stairs through both the upper and lower floors.
- Bedroom 4 is the only room on this floor. It has a bed 190x120cm, a sofa bed 190x140cm, a TV DE-SAT, a closet and air conditioning

The fourth bedroom is accessed via a staircase in the living room. The house has central heating in every room and air conditioners in the bedrooms. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes to store your luggage.


The lower floor
It is located at ground level to the pool terrace and consists of a garage and an apartment. The entire floor is not rented.


The outdoor area
The upper level
- The upper terrace. It is at ground level with the upper floor of the house. From it you can look at the pool area and the garden. A table for up to 8 people is in the middle and is covered by a gazebo.

- The garden consists of Mediterranean plants and some seating.

- In the yard which is located in the middle of the upper level, fit up to 3 cars.

The lower level
It is at ground level with the lower floor of the house.
- The lower terrace. Here is the pool area with a pool (4x8m), a pool slide, an outdoor shower in snail shape, adjoining bathroom (sink, shower, toilet, urinal), table with chairs, six chairs and two umbrellas.

- A parking space is located in front of the garage which is not rented.

Location and surroundings of object

About 100 km south of Valencia, on a beautiful bay, lies Jávea with a charming medieval townscape. The lively Jávea includes the seaside resort of Jávea Playa and the port town of Puerto, surrounded by a hilly landscape with pine forests and extensive lemon and orange groves. The coastal strip of Jávea stretches from the Cabo San Antonio in the north to the Cabo de la Nao in the south with a length of 25 km and with a series of bays with sandy, pebble and rocky beaches.
Good sports facilities and extensive entertainment. The house is located in a quiet residential area at the foot of Montgo (753), which separates the mountain of Javea and Denia. Despite the quiet location, the house is well connected to various places.
Shops and restaurants are a 5-minute drive away, while the beaches of Javea and Denia are a 10-minute drive away.
Alicante Airport, as well as Valencia, can be reached in 60 minutes by car.

Wir haben hier mit unseren beiden Kindern (5 und 2 Jahre) für zwei Wochen Urlaub gemacht. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind super! An Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt, alles was zu einem guten Haushalt gehört war vorhanden und hat funktioniert. Sogar Spielzeug für Kinder ist vorhanden - absolut Top! Der Hausverwalter ist auf Zack und immer hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Erholungsurlaub in Javea

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse, deshalb hat man hier wirklich viel Ruhe und Erholung. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet mit allem was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Von der Terasse aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick über das ganze Tal, auf der Rückseite erhebt sich der mächtige Montgo. Der Poolbereich liegt im unteren Bereich welcher sehr sonnig und blickgeschützt ist, wir haben den Pool ausgiebig genutzt, er wurde vom Verwalter regelmässig gereinigt und geprüft. Das Haus und die Aussenanlage waren insgesamt sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Die Buchung und Kommunikation über Hr. Rütten lief völlig unkompliziert und sehr nett, der Verwalter vor Ort war sehr hilfsbereit und bei Fragen immer erreichbar, wir bekamen viele Ausflugstipps und Infos über die Gegend inkl. Gassiwegen für unsere Hunde, welche sich im Casa Halcon ebenfalls sehr wohlgefühlt haben.
Schlüsselübergabe und Hausabnahme waren ebenfalls unkompliziert, vielen Dank nochmal für alles wir kommen gerne wieder.

Unser Urlaub in dem schönen Ferienhaus war rundum gelungen. Die Küche beinhaltet alles was man benötigt. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen Fernseher (inkl. KIKA Sender) und eine bequeme Couch. Am besten gefallen hat uns der Pool mit der Rutschbahn. Sonnige Lage mit sehr schöner Aussicht.

Ein großer Supermarkt ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Der Vermieter/Verwalter der Ferienwohnung ist sehr freundlich und ist sehr hilfsbereit - alle Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort bei An- und Abreise war sehr unkompliziert.

Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl und kann den Urlaub sofort genießen. Der ideale Ort zum Ausspannen und Erholen!
El Halcon liegt auf einer sonnenverwöhnten Anhöhe mit fantastischen Fernblick. Ein Haus mit Wohlfühlambiente – großzügig und gemütlich ausgestattet mit wirklich allem, was man braucht. Der uneinsehbare Pool ist traumhaft. Von der überdachten Terrasse aus genießt man die Ruhe und den ungestörten Blick in den Garten, der sehr geschmack- und liebevoll angelegt ist, und die umliegende Landschaft. Mit dem Auto erreicht man in ca. 15 Minuten diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Der Vermieter, Herr Rütten, ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, der sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit ist. Die Abwicklung der Buchung etc. war perfekt organisiert.

Ein sehr schön gelegenes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und gepflegtes Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Der Vermieter/Verwalter ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und Hilfsbereit. Sehr schön war auch, das Verbrauchsgüter, wie Salz, Pfeffer, etc. zur Verfügung standen, und nicht extra gekauft werden mußten. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert, gerne wieder!

Eine Oase der Ruhe und der Erholung. Das Haus ist am Ende der Straße gelegen, unterhalb des Berges "Montgo". Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit mit dem Auto.

Man hat von der Terrasse einen wunderschönen Blick über den Ortsteil ins Tal. Vor allem die abendliche Ruhe hat mich beeindruckt. Sehr gute Betten und ebenso die Ausstattung des Hauses,
