Feriehus Voldstad offers a private jetty and a fully equipped harbor, where fishing, cooking, and spending time together all take place in one location.
You don’t have to transport equipment or fish – everything is available right on site.
Fishing from the jetty or the terrace, barbecuing by the water, and gathering around the campfire are all naturally possible here. A place for guests who value peace, freedom, and privacy – without constant guest turnover.
The price includes amenities that are often charged extra elsewhere.
The holiday home Voldstad is a spacious, three-story detached house with an area of approx. 180 m², located in a quiet, coastal area in Syvde. The house is surrounded by a garden and has a private parking space directly on the property. The property was designed with the comfort of larger groups, multigenerational families, and guests who value space and privacy in mind.
The house features a bright living area with access to a balcony, which is equipped with garden furniture and a sun awning.

The Holiday House Feriehus Voldstad is located in the village of Syvde, in the Møre og Romsdal region, in western Norway. This area is known for its wild nature, fjords, mountains, and the silence that favors true relaxation away from mass tourism. The location of the property provides direct access to the sea and excellent conditions for fishing both from the shore and from a boat.
The distance to Ørsta/Volda airport is about 40 km, and to Ålesund about 80 km.

Here is the translation into English: A deposit of 30% of the total price is required at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable. After receiving the reservation, the guest will be provided with the bank transfer details. Payment confirmation must be sent by email. Once the payment is credited, the reservation becomes binding. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 60 days before arrival. In case of cancellation after this date, no refund will be given.

Fishing in the fjord is free of charge and possible all year round. From mid-February to May there is intensive spawning, especially of cod and saithe. In June and July, mackerel and herring appear, and in September it is possible to catch crayfish and lobsters. There are also two rivers in the area where, after purchasing the appropriate license, you can fish for wild salmon and trout, including by fly fishing.
Boats are rented with a full tank of fuel and should be returned in the same condition. The rental cost of each boat is 800 NOK per day or 5000 NOK per week. Fuel is paid by the renter.
Three kayaks and one canoe are also available to guests, at a price of 250 NOK per item per day. The infrared sauna is intended for up to four people. The jacuzzi can be filled with fresh or sea water; the cost of wood for heating it is 50 NOK per bath. Worth seeing in the area:

Beautiful vacation accommodation
We spent three beautiful weeks here. The house is perfectly located, and the landlords are friendly and helpful. There are a variety of marked paths through the grand mountain landscape, we had great fishing success (fed on self-caught fish for 3 weeks), and we found plenty of blueberries. Highly recommend!!!

Unforgettable moments !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I highly recommend it, I was just on a men's trip and the conditions were MEGA comfortable.
The strong point of the property is that there are seven independent rooms, so nobody disturbed anyone (snoring, temporary weakness of the body :) everyone is independent and that's the point).
The Owners are very nice, ready for a dance or a prayer, and they will treat you with dinner in the evening, asking if everything was taken care of, very helpful and kind people.
You can communicate in three languages: Polish, Norwegian, and English.
Great starting point: for fishing, hiking in the mountains, 90 km to the beautiful city of Alesund, with a notable water park in the city - Atlantic Sea-Park.
We liked it so much that we are repeating our trip this year in June.
Summing up: the place and the house are worth recommending and I think it will be hard for us to find better conditions and atmosphere. Warm greetings to Mrs. Stanisława and Mr. Helge.

Wspaniałe miejsce w pierwszy dzień pobytu ryba życia piękny ogromy dorsz przemili właściciele każdy z nas miał swój pokój Apropo ryb to nałapalismy dóżo gatunków chyba z dziesięć .Jedismy przeważnie ryby zaufajcie mi przepyszne gospodarze byli bardzo pomocni mogliśmy zawsze liczyć na ich pomoc .Do zobaczenia wkrótce !

SUPER WYPRAWA
We were a group of seven guys from Poland and we are very pleased. We caught a lot of fish and also did some sightseeing.
The property met all expectations and the owners were very helpful and hospitable – we won't forget the delicious dinner with fresh cod.
