Description
Voldstad er en enebolig med et areal på 180m2, en treetasjes med hage og egen parkeringsplass. Huset har stue, kjøkken og seks rom for syv senger og en alkove med en åttende seng. Det er mulig å legge til to senger. Fra stuen er det en utgang til balkongen med hagemøbler og en glidende markise.
Huset er tilrettelagt for barn, eldre mennesker. Dyr er velkomne til avtale. Huset er ikke tilrettelagt for funksjonshemmede.
Det er to moderne bad med gulvvarme, boblebad, to dusjer, toalett, vaskemaskin og tørketrommel. Permanent internettforbindelse. Vi har to båter. Vi bygde en brygge og Nausta. Adkomst til båten gjennom en flytende plattform. Det er mulig å grille over vannet. Og alt dette i en avstand på 75 meter hjemmefra. I tillegg har vi vedfyrt jacuzzi for sjøvann og ved sjøen.
Vi har også en fiskestasjon til rådighet.
En båt 17 bilde med Suzuki 30HK motor, fire-akt for bensin.
Andre Łódź 17 Fot med Mercury 30 HK motor for en blanding tilberedt av vertsverten. Leie av Lodz koster 700 NOK per stk. Leie, for en uke koster 4000 NOK.
Begge båtene er utstyrt med ekkosonder. Redningsvester er beregnet for alle mennesker.
Båtene leies med full tank og skal også leveres tilbake på turen.
Vi har også 3 kaga og en cany, som kan leies 250 NOK/ hver/ 1 dag, Jaccuzi kan være søtt eller sjøvann. Infrarod-badstuen er beregnet for 4 personer. Ved til jaccuzi koster 50 kroner per bad.
Private ting og fiskeutstyr kan plasseres i en hangar. Det er en fryser i hengeren for fisk fanget. Bruk av naust og utstyr er inkludert i prisen.

Location and surroundings of object
Avstanden til flyplassen i Voda/Ørsta er 40 km og til Ålesund 80 km. Etter avtale kan vi ordne transport til og fra flyplasser Avstand til nærmeste by i Volda 40 km med bilfergetur.
Veibeskrivelse fra Ystad via E6 til Otta, deretter Rv15 til Maurstad, og FV 61 og i enden av Fv 652. Totalt 1203 km og timer med kjøring.
På veien er det Strynu-fjell med tunneler og serpentiner samt et annet fjellmassiv med serpentinutgang til Aheim.
Plasser litt ut av veien, ideelt for avslapning. Den har butikker: mat, klær, industri og med gamle / brukte varer til lave priser. vakker utsikt og utmerkede lokale og viltretter.
Det er en golfbane i nærheten. Også i nærheten er en gård med ulike dyr åpne for gjester. Det er mange merkede turstier i området.
Fiske i fjord fra land og båt.
Også fiske - laks - i en fjellflod, etter å ha kjøpt en lisens.

Fra midten av februar til mai foregår gytingen i fjorden og det er overflod av prefisk, spesielt torsk og sei. I juni og juli er det sesong for makrell og sild. Fisken er i fjordene hele tiden.
I september kan du fange kreps og hummer.
I tillegg har vi to elver hvor du kan fiske villaks og ørret på sløyfe i en av elvene. Du må imidlertid kjøpe et kort for disse halvdelene. Fiske i fjörd er gratis.
En høytliggende taubane ble bygget i området. Bare for sterke nerver. Den første tunnelen i verden skal bygges i området.

Unforgettable moments !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I highly recommend it, I was just on a men's trip and the conditions were MEGA comfortable.
The strong point of the property is that there are seven independent rooms, so nobody disturbed anyone (snoring, temporary weakness of the body :) everyone is independent and that's the point).
The Owners are very nice, ready for a dance or a prayer, and they will treat you with dinner in the evening, asking if everything was taken care of, very helpful and kind people.
You can communicate in three languages: Polish, Norwegian, and English.
Great starting point: for fishing, hiking in the mountains, 90 km to the beautiful city of Alesund, with a notable water park in the city - Atlantic Sea-Park.
We liked it so much that we are repeating our trip this year in June.
Summing up: the place and the house are worth recommending and I think it will be hard for us to find better conditions and atmosphere. Warm greetings to Mrs. Stanisława and Mr. Helge.

Wspaniałe miejsce w pierwszy dzień pobytu ryba życia piękny ogromy dorsz przemili właściciele każdy z nas miał swój pokój Apropo ryb to nałapalismy dóżo gatunków chyba z dziesięć .Jedismy przeważnie ryby zaufajcie mi przepyszne gospodarze byli bardzo pomocni mogliśmy zawsze liczyć na ich pomoc .Do zobaczenia wkrótce !

SUPER WYPRAWA
Byliśmy z Polski w siedem chłopa i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Ryb nałapali a na dodatek pozwiedzali.
Obiekt spełnia wszelkie oczekiwania jak i właściciele bardzo pomocni jak i gościnni - nie zapomnimy obiadu gospodarzy z języków dorszy. PRZEPYSZNE.

Nice and friendly
Ideal place for fishermen and not only, two weeks is not enough to see all the attractions in the area. Fish are biting well even from the shore 50m from the accommodation... Silence and peace perfect for resetting the body. Extremely nice hosts. We recommend!!!
