Our new cozy apartment was built, decorated and furnished in April 2022, and represents our vision of the perfect summer vacation - Welcome to Croatia!

The apartment is on the first floor of the building. It offers you a spacious living and dining room with terrace, bathroom with shower, laundry room with washing machine and 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second with 2 single beds and a balcony.

Overall, this apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The terrace has a great view of the sea and Brijuni National Park - the ideal place to watch the sunset over the sea.

The apartment is fully equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, microwave and Wi-Fi. Free parking spaces are also available.

The apartment is in a quiet location, surrounded by olive trees, with a beautiful sea view.

It is 400 meters from the pebble beach and 600 meters from the center of Fazana. Sights, restaurants, ice cream cafes, ATMs, pharmacies and much more are nearby. The nearest restaurant is only 400 meters away.

Fažana is one of the pearls on the west coast of the largest Croatian peninsula - Istria.
The place is proud of its fishing tradition and the atmosphere where with a handshake every guest becomes a neighbor and friend!

Brijuni Islands - the national park with the attributes "heaven on earth" - with its beaches, pine forests, promenades, is the ideal place to enjoy the vacation in peace.
