Very nice holiday apartment for 2-5 people (55 m2) on the first floor of a house with 3 apartments within walking distance to the sea (10 minutes; the sea can also be reached by car; access to the sea is via the pebble beach and asphalted piers (with entry into the water). Two bedrooms, 1 bathroom (toilet, shower, washbasin). For the 5th person, the sofa in the living kitchen can be converted into a bed. Balcony and small garden with barbecue facilities and garden furniture are available. The kitchen is fully equipped: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle. Internet access and air conditioning are available. Towels, table linen, and bed linen are provided; there is a washing machine in the bathroom. The windows have insect screens. In the basement there is another usable room (farmhouse parlor). Parking is directly at the house and secured with a barrier. Bicycles can be borrowed if needed.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in a cul-de-sac, so the area is quiet. It is a 15-minute walk or a 2-minute drive to the town of Fazana, and a 15-20 minute drive to the Istrian capital Pula. Both towns offer plenty of shopping opportunities and restaurants, as well as additional infrastructure (pharmacy, doctor, ship docks to Brijuni). The owners use the apartment on the ground floor, a Croatian (English-speaking) contact person on site can be contacted if needed. Along the sea and also towards the interior, there are a variety of paths that are ideal for running, walking, and cycling.

Wonderful Location & comfort set up flat
Wonderfully located flat where you can reach the beach walking through the forest. The walk takes appr. 10-15 minutes. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one can need to cook for the family. Convenient parking next to the flat. Very nice & welcoming owners. Thank you for stay & fully recommended!

Great apartment
We can only recommend the accommodation!
We were 4 adults and 2 dogs and felt very comfortable.
From the beginning, a very nice contact and a problem-free handling.
We were lucky to get to know the owners personally, a very nice couple who helped us with questions.
The apartment has everything you need, everything very new and clean.
Quickly accessible on foot to the sea or to the city! We felt very comfortable and were glad to have found the apartment on such short notice, especially because we had 2 dogs with us. We would definitely go there again at any time. We can only thank you very much once again ❤️

We are an Austrian couple and have owned this property in Istria since 2014. Our own flat is on the ground floor of the house. As we find this country beautiful and the people super nice, we spend almost all our holidays (in all seasons) in Fazana. We would like to offer this opportunity to other people as well and therefore rent out the flat on the first floor to guests.
