Very nice holiday flat for 2-5 persons (55 m2) on the first floor of a house with 3 flats within walking distance of the sea (10 minutes; the sea can also be reached by car; access to the sea is via the pebble beach and asphalted jetties (with entry into the water). Two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, for the 5th person the sofa in the kitchen-living room can be converted into a bed. Balcony and small garden with barbecue facilities are available. The kitchen is fully equipped: hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker. Internet access and air conditioning are available. Bath, table and bed linen is provided. In the cellar there is another usable room (Bauernstube). Parking is directly at the house and secured with a barrier. Bicycles can be rented if needed. The town of Fazana is 15 minutes away by foot or 3 minutes by car, the Istrian capital Pula is 15-20 minutes away by car. There are plenty of shopping facilities and restaurants in both towns. The owners use the flat on the ground floor, a local Croatian contact can be contacted if needed.

We are an Austrian couple and have owned this property in Istria since 2014. Our own flat is on the ground floor of the house. As we find this country beautiful and the people super nice, we spend almost all our holidays (in all seasons) in Fazana. We would like to offer this opportunity to other people as well and therefore rent out the flat on the first floor to guests.
