In 200m distance, a wider beach is the wonderfully located for walking, Haifischzähne- and clam digging - is of course the sun. There are several beach bars where you can eat. After a weekend Nieuwvliet you have recharged your batteries!
The house is an ideal starting point for beautiful bike rides or walks through the scenic Zeeland Flanders.
Not far away is the magical 'Verdronken Zwarte Polder', where many birds breed, sheep graze and where it can be wonderful hiking. A little further on is 'Zwin', a fantastic nature reserve which is regularly flooded by the sea. Also Waterdunen 'a fascinating, interesting new nature reserve towards Breskens is worth a visit.
In the vicinity of Nieuwvlied-Bad on the Zeeland coast are the popular seaside resorts Cadzand and Breskens, with its shops, cafes and restaurants. By bike over the dike radelnd these places are easy to reach. Even the mall in Sluis is reachable by bike. 16km away from the house of the elegant seaside resort of Knokke is with his famous boulevard, shops and restaurants. A trip to the picturesque city of Bruges, just 30 km away, is always worthwhile.

The tenant is responsible for taking out cancellation insurance if desired. In case of cancellation, however, please contact the landlord first. In the event of cancellation, 50% of the total rental amount will be charged from the date of reservation until 4 weeks before the start of the lease, 80% from 4 weeks to 2 weeks before the start of the rental period, and 90% if cancelled up to 1 week before the start of the lease.

Holiday Home Review
It was a very nice week in the house which is very quietly located. We were 4 adults and 2 children and had enough space. The location was great, distances to the sea 400 m, snack bar 400 m, supermarket, bike rental, swimming pool, mini golf 250 m. Contact with the owner was very uncomplicated and very nice. In the house, there was a lot for children, e.g. high chair, crib, wagon, kites, games for both indoors and outdoors. The garden was very large so that everyone could move around well. The interior furnishings are also very good.
I can only recommend the house further. We will definitely go back.

Great house, would stay here again anytime.
Very nice house, clean with a large plot. Location is great, close to the sea! We could use the house very generously with 3 people. Anytime again!

Nooren family vacation home
The holiday home is very quiet and secluded despite the large holiday park.
The house had a well-equipped kitchen and also abundant inventory, such as bicycles (which we did not use due to age) etc.
Even after we booked at short notice, the process and communication with Mrs. Nooren were top and uncomplicated.
The house should be booked for 4 adults and one child up to about 12 years old (from the bed offer).
I can recommend the house!

Very beautiful vacation home in a great location
Thank you very much for the very pleasant stay in your house. We had wonderful holiday days, also thanks to you and your very good customer service. The location of the property is noteworthy in many respects. Within a few minutes, you can walk to the beach. The proximity to a Roompot holiday resort did not prove to be a disadvantage for the holiday home, as it is located a few meters away, providing a high level of privacy and tranquility. As a result, one could take advantage of shopping opportunities (fresh bread, etc.) without moving the car. There are also electric charging stations here for owners of electric vehicles. The property was very well maintained and guaranteed sun on the terrace from morning until evening. The house itself was well equipped, so we essentially lacked nothing. It would be nice to have a washing machine for longer stays. This might be a small suggestion for improvement ;-)
All in all, we gladly recommend the house and will surely come back again :-)
