Description

Newly furnished, cosy holiday home for sole use in a quiet residential area near the coast. The house is situated in a cul-de-sac on an 800 sqm, relatively flat, fenced private plot with a well-kept Mediterranean-style garden with views of the surrounding area (the sea is also somewhat visible), with its own private pool and sauna. Various terraces and idyllic corners invite you to relax.

The 4 x 8 metre private pool is equipped with a Roman staircase. Sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower are available on the pool terrace. The holiday home has an internet connection via WIFI and offers a living area of 100 sqm. The entire property is available for sole use. The upper flat is private and remains locked and guaranteed unoccupied during the rental period. The modern furnished living area on the ground floor is on one level and offers a living room with dining area, SAT-TV and air conditioning, an open kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The two bedrooms are each furnished with double beds (single mattresses) and have air conditioning. The two bathrooms have a shower, washbasin and toilet. There are fly screens on all windows. A washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are part of the equipment. A fitness room and sauna are also available for your use.

Parking for one car is available in the garage.

You are allowed to bring a medium-sized dog.
