Villa Benibrai is located about 500 meters from Jalon, has 3 bedrooms for 6 guest, free internet access, air conditioning, private pool, 2 bathrooms, garage, TV-SAt. The vila is in Jalón, for visiting inland the real Spain or only a short drive away from the coastal resorts of Calpe (12 Km.), Moraira (18 Km), Denia (20 Km.), Javea (20 Km) and Benidorm (30 Km). The house has easy car access to the beaches of Moraira, Denia and Javea. Alicante Airport is about 70 Km. The nearest beach is about 15 minutes drive to Calpe. This is a long white sandy beach with lots of bars and children's' play areas, there you can find the famous Calpe Rock.

Spain holidays 2026
The accommodation is acceptably furnished. The landlord and his father (he only speaks Spanish, Google handles language barriers ☺️) are very accommodating and immediately helpful with any minor complaints. The pool is very clean and well-maintained; it is cleaned twice a week. Fresh towels and bed linens are provided twice a week. Our 4 dogs felt very comfortable there (Caution paws! The property is equipped with coarse gravel and tiles, not quite ideal for small children and dogs) (we know that grass grows poorly in Spain?) In the surroundings, it is very quiet, one can go hiking wonderfully and the school right next door is hardly noticeable. For us with the dogs, the location was perfect! The sea is a good 25 minutes by car away, just like larger cities where life pulsates in the evening or at night. Unfortunately, there is very little of that to feel in the village itself? A new, very well-stocked store with all daily necessities (including diapers and food for the grandchild) as well as a very friendly tobacco shop and a gas station are within walking distance.
The comfort of the beds is for people from 1. 75 cm a bit tight (folding beds comfort)
All in all, we would go to this house again anytime, simply because our 4 dogs + grandchild are no problem at all and the dogs do NOT incur extra costs.

Perfect villa for family holiday
This is a lovely villa which has the perfect location for a family holiday. The beach is 15 minutes drive and restaurants are within easy walking distance.
The villa itself is clean and comfortable and the garden terrace and pool are perfect for a relaxing holiday.
Would highly recommend this villa.

Great villa, superb and very pleasant owner
Spacious and very pleasant villa, very well equipped, the best. Well maintained, of beautiful quality and well located. Very clean place, very spacious parking and very nice owner. Villa recommended for 6-7 people.

Der Pool ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, er wird 2 mal in der Woche geputzt.
Man bekommt 2 mal in der Woche frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche zur Verfügung gestellt.
Unsere 4 Hunde haben sich dort sehr wohl gefühlt ( Achtung Pfoten! Das Grundstück ist mit grobem Kies und Fliesen versehen, für Kleinkinder und Hund nicht ganz ideal) ( wir wissen das in Spanien Rasen schlecht wächst ?)
In der Umgebung ist es sehr ruhig, man kann super wandern gehen und die Schule direkt neben an merkt man nicht. Für uns mit den Hunden war die Lage perfekt!Das Meer liegt gute 25 Autominuten entfernt, genauso wie größere Städte wo Abends oder Nachts das Leben pulsiert. Im Ort selbst ist davon leider seeehr wenig zu spüren ?
Ein neues,sehr gut sortiertes Geschäft mit allen Dingen des täglichen Lebens ( auch Windeln und Nahrung fürs Enkelkind) genauso wie ein sehr freundlich geführter Tabakladen und eine Tankstelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe super zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Der Komfort der Betten ist für Menschen ab 1.75 cm etwas knapp ( Klappbetten Komfort)
Alles in allem würden wir jederzeit wieder in dieses Haus gehen, allein deshalb das unsere 4 Hunde + Enkelkind so gar kein Problem sind und die Hunde KEINE Extrakosten verursachen.
