Just unpack and feel good. Enjoy the most beautiful days of the year with extended bike tours, water sports or cooking, barbecuing and playing together.
Our holiday home was built in 2002 and extensively renovated and completely refurbished in 2013.
It has a double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower/WC on the ground floor. The meeting point is the open, fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, extractor bonnet, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and comprehensive crockery equipment from wok to espresso machine) with large work block and modern dining area with wood-burning cooker, flat-screen TV and direct access to the terrace
Upstairs is another double bedroom, 1 bathroom with tub/WC and a living/bedroom. The comfortable sofa bed with slatted frame (lying surface 1.60 x 2.00 m) offers a full sleeping accommodation for 2 persons. From the adjacent balcony with a view of the Müritz, you can enjoy the morning sun or watch the flight of the cranes to their roosts in the evening.
All windows and doors are equipped with insect screens and external blinds. The bathrooms also have underfloor heating. In winter, you can dream away comfortably by the fireplace
2 large sun terraces with a view of the lake invite you to relax and barbecue. 2 parking spaces are located directly on the property. The garden house is available for storing your bicycles
Our house is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. Therefore, the accommodation is also suitable for allergy sufferers.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is situated on a 450 m² newly landscaped garden plot in the 1st row of the Müritz holiday park in a quiet location at the end of a dead-end street. The large terrace (50 m²) faces the lake and is hidden from view from the street.
The lido with sandy beach and sunbathing lawn is only 300 m away. If you want to jump into the water before breakfast, you can do so 100 m from the house.
The Müritz circular path runs below the property. The holiday park has 2 exits to the circular cycle path (one of which is suitable for the disabled). From there you can reach the picturesque small town of Röbel after about 2 km on foot or by bike. On the way there are several places to stop for refreshments. The picturesque small town of Röbel with its population of approx. 2,000 lies directly on the Müritz and has numerous restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities. Many picturesque boathouses dominate the picture in the bays of the inland lake
The medieval town centre with its large market square is dominated by many colourful half-timbered houses and the two imposing churches of St. Nicolai and St. Marien. The restored windmill and the municipal garden are located in the middle of the town. The Müritz-Therme with its many sports and wellness facilities guarantees holiday fun even in bad weather.
From the harbour with its beautiful, completely renovated lakeside promenade, passenger ships set off on excursions across the Müritz and the neighbouring lakes. You can take your bicycles on board, so that nothing stands in the way of a cycling tour around the Müritz.

Great vacation
We had a great holiday here - also thanks to the two weeks of dry weather and a mosquito-free time in May. The holiday home met our expectations in terms of location, equipment (with exception as below), cleanliness, view of the lake, and the beautifully landscaped garden. The photos are realistic and do not "embellish" anything. I agree with the previous reviewer's only criticism: the mattresses in the "regular" beds are very hard. Since there were only two of us, we were fortunate to have six sleeping options to choose from: I opted for the large sofa bed, as the mattress there is normally firm.

Star category holiday accommodation
Location, facilities, service simply perfect. Close to nature with a private atmosphere, a house to feel good in!
The only drawback: although the whole family prefers a harder sleeping surface, the mattresses in the beds were very hard, so that all family members had a hard time sleeping. Since a restful sleep is a decisive criterion, especially on holiday, I unfortunately have to deduct 1 star for equipment and price/performance ratio. Overall, we felt very comfortable and would book this domicile again.
