The villa is located in the immediate vicinity of the Baltic Sea; the beautiful and wide sandy beach can be reached on foot after a few minutes. An additional advantage is our own access to the beaches. There is here excellent Baltic microclimate; the attractive and tranquil surroundings is a perfect place for those looking for seclusion and intimacy.

Die größte Touristische Attraktion zweifellos ist der Leuchtturm in Gaski. Er wurde im Winter 1877/78 erbaut, hat eine Höhe von 50,2 m und ist der zweitgrößte Leuchtturm in Polen. Auf massiven Fundamenten liegt die Grundplatte des Turmes; Aug. hat Form eines ebenmäßigen Achtecks und ihr Durchmesser beträgt 11,3 m. Das Licht des Leuchtturms ist bei gutem Wetter aus der Entfernung von19,5 Seemeilen, dh ca. 36 km sichtbar.

Kann man den Leuchtturm besichtigen. Gipfel zu seinem führt eine Wendeltreppe und der Ausblick von der Terrasse aus ist atemberaubend.

The rooms were top notch.
Deficiencies were corrected immediately.
The landlord was friendly and you felt really comfortable.
There was also a small shopping market nearby.
The beach was about 200m away on foot.
There were also possibilities to go out for a meal nearby...
We were more than satisfied

Familienurlaub

The rooms were top. The landlord was very nice, if you had a problem, it was fixed immediately. It was a 5-minute walk to the beach. If you drove to Kolobrzeg, you were there within 30 minutes. Restaurants and shopping opportunities were easily reachable by foot.

Nicht weit von Strand

Very nice reception, very helpful landlord. Only a few minutes' walk to the beach. Shopping opportunities on every corner. Many different restaurants within walking distance. Sauna and whirlpool are great. Kolobrzeg can be reached in 30 minutes with good traffic conditions. Highly recommended!!

Information on the internet has nothing to do with reality.

One can only warn against this, it gives the impression of renting out a complete house but provides the customer with NO KITCHEN and NO HOUSE, only five small "double rooms" - so no living room, just dirty accommodations. The landlord speculates that people in need, lacking alternatives, will swallow the bitter pill and move into his "house." Real rip-off!!!

We were very disappointed. The rooms are very small, some without a table and chair to eat properly. The sanitary facilities also leave something to be desired. The water in the shower drained extremely slowly, the sink plug was stuck and could not be moved. Rooms are only cleaned superficially (in one room there were still shoes from the previous guest under the bed, in others there were still fries in the closet). The mini kitchen is for all guests of the holiday house and not available in the room!
The beach is 400 meters away as the crow flies, you have to walk a bit to reach the public path to the beach.
Overall, I can only advise against it, I think he only cares about income, the guests don't matter to him.

It's a shame that the description was misleading, there was no smoking room as smoking was not allowed in the house. The kitchen turned out to be a 2 sqm storage room with 2 hotplates and cold water for washing, very little for 7 rented rooms and no visible dining area. Dirty cups in the cupboard and the dishes were not very clean either. The Wi-Fi was very poor on the upper floor. Unfortunately, there was no peace in the house, as the landlords lived in the same house and it was therefore very noisy, doors slamming and the children very loud during the weekend and in the afternoon. The night was over by 6 o'clock.
Grilling was also not possible as there was a totally dirty grill. No German TV, no dining table, only a desk in the room.
The bathroom and beds were good, but the rest was not. We will not stay there again as there was no sense of peace and relaxation in the house. The place itself is very beautiful and the beach as well, one could make lovely day trips. You would return tired, had trouble resting due to the noise in the house, which is a shame. The landlord left with his family on Friday without saying a word. On Sunday, we left without seeing him again. Oh, don't forget your slippers as the carpet is very dirty.

Der Ort, an dem Anlage unsere lokalisiert ist, ist in sehr Touristischer Hinsicht attraktiv. Die Villa befindet sich in der nächsten Umgebung der Ostsee; den schönen Sandstrand breiten und können Sie schon nach einigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen.
