1 bedroom with 2 beds. 1 bedroom with 3 beds. A cot can be provided in addition.
The bathroom consists of a shower, a washbasin and a WC (handicapped accessible). A washing machine is available.
In the living and dining area there is a fitted kitchen with cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and refrigerator (with freezer compartment). In the living area there is a sofa, 2 armchairs and TV. WLAN is available in the house.
A wood-burning stove provides pleasant warmth on colder days
The house has its own terrace with garden furniture and an electric awning. The lawn on the 600 sqm property invites you to sunbathe or play ball. Deck chairs are available.
There is a lockable shed at the house for bicycles and fishing equipment or similar.
A rowing boat can be rented.
The house can be heated in all rooms (electrically) and is therefore also habitable in winter.

The house is located directly on the lake, in the first row with an unobstructed view of the lake, in a small, beautiful holiday home settlement.
The Baltic Sea coast is also not far away and can be reached for a nice day trip. The hilly area, rich in forests and lakes, invites you to go hiking, cycling, swimming and fishing.
Shopping facilities (3 supermarkets) and the town centre of Krakow, including tourist information and bakery, are about 1.5 km away
In Serrahn, on the north-eastern shore of Krakow Lake, there is a golf course (18 holes) and a tennis court.

| Visitor's tax is payable from April to September of € 1.50 per person (from 16 years) and from October to March of € 0.50 per person (from 16 years). Bed linen can be rented for 7,50 € per person and occupancy. Towels can be rented for 2,50 € per person and occupancy. Electricity is charged extra, according to consumption (35 Cent/kWh) Firewood can be bought for 5 € /20l bucket. The rowing boat costs 6 € per day, or 25 € per week. |

Very nice holiday home
The house is located directly on the lake and after a few metres you are standing on the jetty and bathing platform by the water. There were two of us and we spent 10 days on a great fishing holiday. The house has a rowing boat that you can rent. It's worth it, it was very nice!
The accommodation was very clean and tidy when we arrived and offers enough space for 4 people and a fifth person would also not be a problem. The furnishings are all right. Everything you need is there
The contact with the landlord was excellent and very nice. Everything worked out great and we will remember this domicile to come back again!
