In the 2015 renovated and newly furnished, approx. 50 m² DG flat you will find:
A large, bright living room with a comfortable, extendable corner sofa (sleeping accommodation for the 3rd and 4th person) with spring core and a lying surface of approx. 140 x 220 cm, coffee table, a separate armchair, satellite TV and music system, all housed in a living wall.
The newly furnished kitchen is well equipped with a 4-plate cooker, oven, refrigerator, Senseo switch (for filter coffee or pods), kettle, toaster and enough crockery, cutlery, pots, pans etc. for 4 people. A small dining area is also located in the kitchen
A bedroom with a modern box spring bed and comfortable entrance height, ideal also for older people and very comfortable. A wardrobe for your holiday wardrobe is available.
The bathroom with WC, washbasin and shower tray, also here with a comfortable entry height! You will find enough space for your care products and cosmetics.

Location and surroundings of object
Due to the proximity to the train station (max. 500m), the flat is easy to reach, even on foot, and offers a good infrastructure. The nearest supermarket is approx. 7 min. away and the old town and city centre of Eschwege are approx. 15 min. away on foot. A bus stop is about 150 m away and a restaurant with good cuisine is practically next door. Eschwege is located in the Werra valley and is characterised by its beautiful old half-timbered houses. The town lies at the foot of the Leuchtberge with its Bismarkturm and offers plenty of opportunities to spend your free time. Get to know Eschwege on a guided tour, either traditional or themed. Watch the Dietemann, the town's landmark, make his hourly rounds at the castle tower, or simply listen to the "Dietemann song" from the glockenspiel at the town hall, perhaps over a nice coffee, on the market square. Every Wednesday and every Saturday there is a nice weekly market with regional products around the town hall. You will also find numerous restaurants and cafés in the city centre.

A well-developed network of cycle paths along the Werra or in the direction of Thuringia and numerous premium hiking trails around the "high Meißner" are waiting to be explored. Some lakes around Eschwege can be used for swimming and a canoe tour on the Werra is also recommended. There is a climbing park, Segway tours are also offered and e-bikes can be rented. A very quiet and beautiful location. The flat is nicely equipped and the owner is very friendly, helpful and always available.
We felt very comfortable in the flat.

Good overall
The attic flat is also unusually stuffy at higher temperatures. It was recommended to open both skylights to allow draught. In terms of equipment, the kitchen would have liked additional items, such as bread knives, full service, etc. The nice flatmates kindly provided what was missing.
