Der Bungalow PALMA 1 befindet sich in grünner, ruhiger Zone im Vorort von Poreč. Das Haus steht auf einem grossen Grasplatz mit einer Mauer umzäunt. Der Bungalow hat einen eigenen Eingang und einen eigenen Parkplatz mit Schatten in dem begränzten Besitz darum bietet Privatsphäre und ist somit ein idealer Platz für Familien mit Kindern, die den grossen Grasgarten nutzen können. Wegen der ruhigen Zone empfängt man keine Jugendgruppen. Am Strand gibt es durch die Bäume viel Schatten. Hunde sind erlaubt. Der Strand ist erreichbar zu Fuss oder mit Auto , Parken und Baden sind kostenlos. Den Strand und den Parking am Strand kann man an den beiliegenden Photographien sehen
Ein 3-4 km langer Naturstrand befindet sich 500 m vom Haus entfernt. Entlang des Strandes führt eine beleuchtete Promenade bis ins 3 km entfernte Zentrum von Poreč.
In der Nähe ( 14 km vom Haus) befindet sich ein AQUAPARK und bietet eine Sonderbeigabe zu der Unterhaltung für Kindern und Erwachsene, Wassertemperatur enthält 25 Grad. In Zelena Laguna, 6 km vom Haus befindet sich noch ein Aquapark am Meer, Der dritte ist nur 1 km vom Haus entfernt und befindet sich am Meer.

A break for the heart and soul
This is not an apartment or a bungalow; this is a beautiful family home for a vacation with a dog. Filled with impressions, we don't know where to start... whether from the warm welcome of the lovely lively hosts, Mr. and Mrs. Bernik, or from the fascination with their lovingly arranged paradise garden, where as many as 140 larger and smaller palm trees rise. For lovers of true relaxation, we warmly recommend this accommodation where they will feel as if they have their own house by the sea. Hygiene, maintenance, comfort, bedding, towels, kitchen equipment, grill, garden loungers, conditions for the dog, air conditioning (which, among other things, we didn't use at all since the temperature in the house is a few degrees lower than outside due to the surrounding garden greenery) and above all the feeling of privacy, thanks to the high natural fence and the owners who seem to be absent but are present... All praise! We would gladly vacation again in this Little Paradise, both because of all the amenities this accommodation offers and because of the very kind and helpful hosts with whom you feel "at home." Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Mrs. and Mr. Bernik.

More villa than bungalow
A large, well-maintained garden under palm trees with lots of blooming oleander, 600 m to the beaches, a few km to the center and discount stores like Lidl and Kaufland, a very clean, well-maintained facility inside and out, two very very nice and courteous hosts, the Bernik family, very dog-friendly, speaking good German, so I cannot complain at all, nothing at all, which is why I will be a guest there again in October 2016, this time with 4 instead of 2 small dogs (Yorkshires).
