Description
Casa Belvedere" is situated on a side foothill of the Montalbano mountain range between San Baronto and Larciano (province of Pistoia) in a beautiful panoramic position and offers space for 2 or 4 people.
The recently restored stone house has a double bedroom with balcony, a bathroom with shower, a living-dining room with open fireplace and a small, well-equipped kitchen with German and Italian coffee machine. Coffee machine. An extra bed can be placed in the living room.
In addition, there is a dependance (approx. 20 sqm) on the property for 2 persons with double bedroom, entrance area, bathroom with shower and terrace.
Not only from the covered panoramic terrace, where you can take your meals, you have a beautiful view of the valley, but also from the small balcony on the first floor.
A small lawn with sun loungers, barbecue and hammock is also part of this cosy little holiday home.
The house's own washing machine and SAT-TV are at the guests' disposal. The house has gas central heating and air conditioning.

The water-filled habitats of the reserve Fucecchio Marsh shimmer against the light, where there are numerous, rare birds and plants.

Sea about 70 minutes, Pisa 70 km, Siena 75 km, Florence 45 km, shopping, restaurant, bar 2 km, the nearest town is San Baronto, where there are restaurants, grocery stores, newspaper stand and a few bars. A larger supermarket is located in Lamporecchio, about 3 km away. In Vinci, about 8 km there are other restaurants and museums.

We will definitely come again
We had 2 very nice weeks at Casa Belvedere. The landlord was super nice and everything worked out great!
The house has been lovingly restored with great details made of natural materials. The view of the valley is amazing and everyone will find their favourite spot on the various terraces and seating areas.
The property is completely fenced in, so our two dogs could move around freely.
We will definitely come back again!!!!

The holiday home is very compact and has everything you need.
For dog owners it is especially great that the house is completely fenced in
Great !!!
The landlord, Bruno Pagni, is a very friendly and helpful person with whom you can have a good conversation (as far as it goes, language-wise).
We would love to come back again !!!

two wonderful weeks in Casa Belvedere
We spent two fantastic weeks as a pair in Casa Belvedere in San Baronto. A lovingly and carefully restored house with a wonderful view and heavenly peace, from where you can easily reach all the important art cities by car. The information we received from Mr. Janker when booking was very helpful and detailed, and we feasted in all the listed restaurants. We can wholeheartedly recommend the house (very nice landlord!) and "Toskana Pur"!

Beautiful little house
Beautiful little house in Tuscan style with a large terrace and a sensational view. Very quiet and relaxing. The landlord Bruno Pagni is very friendly, helpful and reliable. A restaurant tip: Enoteca Bonfanti in Larciano. Very good Tuscan cuisine; good value for money, very good service, beautiful outdoor terrace. Friday and Sunday menu (please reserve in advance) for 25.00 euros/person including wine and water. Highly recommended.

The landlord Bruno is super nice.
We were two with our black Labrador in Casa Belvedere in mid-August 2017. The house is beautifully situated and has a great view over olive groves and the countryside. The house is very lovingly furnished and has everything you need and even more. There is fast internet via private WLAN, German TV (which we didn't really use) with a great view, washing machine, and air conditioning. The garden is divided into two levels and is also great for a dog. We didn't rent the dependence (small additional room with private bathroom on the lower garden level), but it is suitable for two more guests, e.g. teenagers or a couple. There is a nice fireplace inside and a brick barbecue outside. The house even has recipe tips and lots of German books. Through a small hidden path near the house, you can walk to the campsite in about 10 minutes, even though the house is rather secluded with the neighboring houses. There is a restaurant and a mini market at the campsite that also has fresh bread and rolls for breakfast. Otherwise, a car is essential if you want to explore the surrounding area.
The landlord Bruno is super nice. We would definitely recommend the house and would love to come back.
