Its layout and decoration are personalized to create a warm atmosphere and offer you all the comfort you dream of. Everything you need is here for you to feel at home. This house in its enclosed garden is superbly equipped to make your stay restful and serene.
In spring and summer, you will enjoy the large sunny veranda and the fenced, flower-filled garden.
In autumn or winter, a large wood stove will bring you warmth and the pleasure of a wood fire for "zen" and romantic evenings. This authentic traditional Breton house (its construction dates from the end of the 19th to the beginning of the 20th century), fully renovated, has retained the charm of stone and wood.
Fully renovated, simple and comfortable, it offers beautiful living spaces and can accommodate up to 8 people. For greater comfort, I recommend no more than 6 adults (8 beds).
Its pleasant living room with wood stove and library invites relaxation and convivial evenings. The veranda is a space where you will enjoy spending time relaxing after a day of sightseeing, the beach, or activities. It opens onto the terrace and the garden, where deckchairs await you for a nap in the shade of a tree. You will have:
- With a view of the garden, a functional and fully equipped kitchen with basic groceries
- a large living-dining room (equipped with 2 sets of tableware: plates, glasses, cutlery), leather sofa, wood stove and library (books, games, for adults and children) TV with German channels, DVD player, Hi-Fi MP3, documentation for your stay (maps, charts, restaurants, activities to do, places to visit). - Bathroom: shower, sink, electric towel dryer, storage unit, hair dryer, toilet
Upstairs, you will have:
- a bathroom with bathtub, shower, vanity unit, sink, linen closet and hair dryer, electric blower dryer, toilet. - of 3 bedrooms, including one in the mezzanine,
1 bedroom with a double bed for 2 people
1 bedroom with 1 double bed (2 people) and a single bed (1 person)
the bedroom in the mezzanine has a sofa bed for 2 people and a bed for one person. Each bedroom has a wardrobe and dressers for storing clothes. You will also enjoy a relaxation lounge area at your disposal. A safety gate is installed at the top of the stairs for the safety of young children.
Additional equipment:
- a garage and laundry room (washing machine, dryer, outdoor drying rack, iron and ironing board, cleaning products and household maintenance equipment)
- Garden furniture, barbecue, parasol.
Firewood for the stove (70 euros per week, 100 euros for two weeks)

Duvets are provided for all rooms. Bed linen and towels can be provided if the tenant wishes. Beds can be made if the holidaymaker desires. (optional)

A truly relaxing vacation
Our first trip to "real" Brittany took us to Sibiril, in Josiane's charming cottage with blue shutters – fortunately! It was an ideal starting point to explore the countryside and its inhabitants, then retreat to the cozy little house. A truly relaxing vacation! The house offers everything necessary; we lacked nothing. And the beautiful garden provides space and calm to relax. Thank you again for your hospitality and warm welcome. We would be delighted to return to Sibiril!

Great vacation home very close to the sea with fabulous landlords.
Mrs. Floch has managed to create a small oasis from the old masonry house on the Breton coast. We, a family with 4 children and a dog, felt very well taken care of even before our arrival and relaxed extremely well during the 2-week summer vacation. An old, converted Breton stone house hundreds of years old with a lot of charm. The living area is cozy and even has a wood stove for cooler days (wood readily available in the garage). The conservatory with plants is a dream for reading, playing, planning the next trip, or simply "being." The upper floor with slanted ceilings and classic wooden floors has two separate rooms with double beds on the right and left (one with an additional single bed), as well as an intermediate room with a double bed and a single bed. Each floor has a bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is a sufficiently large enclosed garden with sun loungers, as well as a garage with equipment such as a grill (including charcoal, additional sun loungers, etc.). The location of the house is nearly perfect; in a few minutes, you can walk to the sea to a small bay with some boats (pronounced tidal ebb and flow), as well as to the sensational coastal hiking trail Route 34. In principle, the beautiful sandy beaches (2 km and 5 km away) can also be reached on foot; the path there is a pleasure in itself! Of course, there are various attractions within a short distance that can be easily reached by car in 15 minutes (St. Paul de Leon, Roscoff, Santec) to 60 minutes (Brest). In addition to the great location, the landlords Mme Floch and her husband are the real highlight. Everything is well organized and thought out from the beginning. Small details such as available barbecue charcoal, dishwasher tablets, spices, oil, etc., are already provided upon arrival; nothing is fundamentally missing. One can feel Josiane's passion for engaging with her guests; Monsieur Floch then provides you with sensational delicacies.

Great holidays
We had a very nice week at the "cottage with blue shutters". There were 2 adults, 1 child, and two dogs.
The accommodation is very well located, just steps from the beach, the GR34 coastal path, and about ten minutes from beautiful beaches. Upon our arrival, we were given advice on the region, and all the necessary documentation is available in the cottage.
We were warmly welcomed with nice touches from the owners.
The accommodation is very clean and especially well-equipped. You will find everything you need upon arrival and during your stay. The equipment is of very good quality and clean. We have rarely seen this in other cottages.
The owners are easily reachable and very attentive.
In one word, it was exceptional and we really hope to come back.

Always gladly.
We were welcomed very kindly. Madame Floch always helps and is always reachable. The holiday house is very clean and equipped with everything you need. Beautiful beaches and coves within walking distance. All our four-legged friends also felt very comfortable here. We will gladly come back.
