Apartment for 2-3 people, equipped with 1 bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace with garden furniture and sunbeds. The parking lot is in the yard. The apartment has air conditioning, safe, LCD HD TV 82 cm, SAT equipment with receiving international TV programs, Internet access (WLAN). If desired, also a cot and a highchair is concerned.
Sheets, towels, electricity, gas and water consumption, cooking and eating utensils, and cleaning utensils are included in price. Linen change weekly.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is located about 10 minutes walk from the town center and the nearest beach (Hotel Lone). The beautiful beaches in the forest park "Zlatni Rt" are 10 to 20 minutes walk away (mostly through the forest park). Supermarket, restaurants, exchange office, bank, post office, ambulance and pharmacy are in the immediate vicinity. Rovinj - Pearl Rovinj - picturesque old town on the west coast of Istria with a unique atmosphere. Rovinj offers an unforgettable image, one can in good conscience call it the most beautiful town on the Istrian west coast. The most beautiful houses, churches and palazzi date from the Venetian period. Famous, former Venetian port town with a picturesque old town on the peninsula.
Aquarium, museum, restaurants, snack bars, boutiques, discos, night club. The pleasant Mediterranean climate with an above-average number of sunny days, the crystal-clear sea, wonderful natural landscapes, numerous historical monuments. The twenty islands and rocky reefs of the Rovinj archipelago, beautiful bathing bays, the Lim Fjord, the beautiful forest park "Zlatni Rt" (Golden Cape), Punta Corrente, the yacht harbor "Marina" and many sports and entertainment facilities have made Rovinj one of the most attractive tourist centers on the Adriatic coast.

| When confirming the booking, we ask for a down payment of 30% of the total invoice, but at least in the amount of the rental price for three nights. The remaining amount is payable on arrival or by arrangement. For stays longer than 7 nights and for stays where there are no remaining short unoccupied periods before or after them, discounts of up to 30% are possible. Discounts that are explicitly published in the advertisement are only valid if you book the entire term to which the published discount applies. In the case of booking a shorter term, the discount will be lower or there will be no discount at all. A surcharge applies for stays of less than 7 nights (except in exceptional cases, if the length of stay is limited by the availability of the apartment): - 1 day 100% - 2 days 75% - 3 days 50% - 4 days 35% - 5 days 20% - 6 days 10% Extra bed: 12-25 EUR per day. Surcharge for a dog: EUR 10 per day. Tourist tax and VAT are included in the price. |
Cancellation terms:
If your trip is not possible due to general Covid-19 restrictions, you can get your deposit back (the bank fee deducted) or the full amount can be left as credit for your next visit. On the other hand, if you cancel your trip for any other reason, your cancellation costs will be limited to the amount of the deposit. If we receive another booking, you will receive the deposit back, deducted our costs (max. 50 EUR) and any losses. The loss depends on the new booking and is the difference between your total price and the price we get with the new booking. We can then transfer the amount to you (the bank fee deducted) or it can remain as your balance.

Everything is perfect.
Very nice hosts and a very sweet dog. The apartment is only a 15-minute walk from the beach/downtown and located in a dead-end street, so there is no traffic and very quiet.

Fantastic vacation
Fantastic
During the period from 5.07.2021 to 17.07.2021 we spent a wonderful holiday at Vesna and Nino Sverko's. Both the apartment and the proximity to the wonderfully located town made a huge impression on us. The kitchen equipment allowed us to prepare meals that we could enjoy in the garden in the fresh air. The Sverko family are very kind and very sympathetic, very gentle and helpful people. Super nice
We can only recommend this accommodation. Even before our arrival, Nino and Vesna were very helpful, friendly to answer all our questions and give us tips.
The location and surroundings are simply fantastic. We will definitely come back to Nino and Vesna. We are thrilled and looking forward to seeing them again.

Very quiet and central apartment in Rovinj
We were two in the apartment at Vesna and Nino's. We felt well taken care of. The landlords speak German and English. Very good central location: bathing spots, the old town, shopping opportunities, and restaurants/shops are within a few minutes' walk. A nice base for interesting trips to the inland or to other coastal cities.
