Recreational holiday

Actually, there is not much more to say about the stars, everything was great. The owner is also available by phone, if something should be wrong, no problem at all. You can also speak to the lady on site. The house is within walking distance of two really good restaurants and a German bakery, so you can get fresh rolls if you want. You can go to the beach by car, we were on the pebble beach, despite the holiday season there is hardly anything going on and the water is great. There is a café/bistro opposite where you can drink your cortado.

The house also has everything you need for a bathing holiday, swimming noodles, beach chairs, everything can be used.
The communal pool is right next door and is actually hardly visited.
All in all, a holiday in this house in this area is to be recommended.

We gladly recommend this house

Very nice house in a good quiet location. German bakery and butcher plus pizzeria at 200m distance. Everything was exactly as described and the support from the property management (Carmen) could not have been better. The landlord called after our arrival to ask if everything was OK. On our departure, the owner was on site and visited us. A very nice guy. We will happily book this house again.

Very beautiful house with lots of possibilities

Hello!
It was a very nice week in the house. It is very clean and the rooftop terrace with morning coffee is simply unbeatable! Unusual but very cool was also the outdoor shower, not something you find everywhere. The house is really recommended, only those who need to be online a lot will be a bit disappointed, the Wi-Fi is sometimes very slow. But it seems to be a general problem in the village.

Super feel-good oasis

Very well-kept and well-equipped holiday home,
especially the kitchen areas have everything imaginable, from baking utensils, juicer to paella pan and grill, even 2 dishwashers in the great outdoor kitchen, for a life completely outdoors. From well air-conditioned spaces to escape the midday heat and night, cozy shaded spots or sun loungers in a very well-kept, secluded green garden area, there is something for every taste, a safe feeling in the Corona summer of 2020.

A highlight is the outdoor shower and the large communal pool for swimming right next door. Here, too, we were mostly alone. German baker, shopping facilities about 4 minutes on foot, additional restaurants and supermarket in the small village also easily accessible on foot.
By car, you can reach the beach in 5 minutes, parking available.
Beach not crowded, so you can also feel safe and well in the Corona summer, especially since the Spaniards are very disciplined and considerate.

For a bit more shopping options and a moderate nightlife, Denia is not far away. The landlord is very attentive and has a few excursion tips up his sleeve.
All in all highly recommended, for those seeking tranquility, beach visitors, and also hikers and cyclists outside the summer months.
Happy to come back anytime, even for longer.

Tolles Haus

We spent two great weeks with our family in the finca. The house has everything you need. The highlights were the outdoor kitchen and the outdoor shower. We often had the communal pool all to ourselves. The landlord provided great restaurant and excursion tips. We will definitely not be the last time in this great house.

We, 2 persons, spent 6 weeks in the well-maintained and very well-appointed house. The highlight was the outdoor shower, which we could also use in February. The outdoor kitchen is a must mention, practical and well-equipped for a great paella. We can only recommend the house.

A beautiful clean and well-maintained house in a great location. The communal pool is right next to the property and the beach is only five minutes away by rental car. A highlight of the house is the outside kitchen and the outside shower. We had a great holiday in this house and will definitely come back.

Dreamlike family holiday!

The holiday home is super equipped, special highlights are certainly the outdoor kitchen and outdoor shower. Everything is very well maintained, the communal pool (which is not very frequented) is right next door and the landlords try to make your stay as pleasant as possible with lots of tips. Well-equipped holiday home!

The holiday home is really well equipped compared to other holiday homes in the region. We especially liked the outdoor kitchen, so we could really spend the entire week outside. There are four sun loungers, a porch swing, and two dining tables at the house itself. Beach equipment is also available, such as two small folding chairs, beach umbrellas, a cooler bag, and ice packs. In the house, despite the heat, it was very comfortable since each room has air conditioning. At the communal pool, thanks to umbrellas, one can also endure it well, although I must mention that the water in the pool is extremely heavily chlorinated.

Super Ferienhaus

For 10 years, we have been renting holiday homes for a family vacation. This holiday home is by far the best we have rented so far. A very well-equipped and tastefully furnished holiday home in close proximity to the pool area, which was never overcrowded and did not make itself felt despite its proximity to the holiday home. The house is very clean. The outdoor area is very beautiful and well-maintained. An outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen are the icing on the cake. The landlords are very nice and helpful. Bakery, butcher, a small supermarket, a newsagent with German newspapers, and a restaurant are located about 200 meters away. Otherwise, within a radius of three kilometers, there are several supermarkets.
Overall, there are about 15 kilometers of beach available. The nearest beach (pebble) is about one kilometer away. Sandy beach is about two kilometers away, a car is recommended.

I can only agree with our previous speaker. We were on site as a family with 2 children (15 + 16 years old). The house is very tastefully furnished. Nothing was missing. The communal pool is right next door and was very well maintained and never overcrowded. Sometimes we had the pool all to ourselves. The landlords are very loving and helpful people who also gave us valuable tips. Conclusion: The house is 100% recommendable. We will definitely come back.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Since 2000, we have spent our holidays in different houses in Els Poblets. This year we made a real lucky find. The very tastefully furnished house and the dreamlike outdoor area totally overwhelmed us. The super outdoor kitchen is unbeatable. Cleanliness 10/10. Everything is well organized all around and just great for the users. The adjacent pool and grounds are very well maintained. The landlords are very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, you can only give 5 stars, the house would actually be worth more stars. It is really worth enjoying a vacation here. We thank you for the wonderful time.
