We really liked the great location, the apartment itself, and also our own garage. The garage is particularly spacious, which is really a big plus. As always, my wife and I felt very comfortable in the apartment.

Nice apartment! For us, it was the first time in an apartment after years of camping in a tent, folding trailer, caravan, and camper! The apartment was spacious enough for two people and everything looked very good! We slept well and especially enjoyed the view of the sea. Everything was perfectly arranged with the arrival and the keys. Very nice that we had our own garage at the bottom of the apartment.

Sterflat 65 is very tastefully furnished. Almost everything (except a microwave) is available that is needed for daily use. However, a wind hook for the terrace door from the living room should still be removed...

Beautiful apartment, but it needs more maintenance, kitchen paint is peeling, dryer lint filter was not cleaned, bath mat is missing, as the floor is very cold in winter, instead of a cupboard a towel heater would be more sensible, as it is way too cold in the bathroom in winter without heating, egg cooker is unusable as it is completely burned inside.

We have already booked accommodation with Egmond Rentals for the third time. We love the uncomplicated process and the great location of the accommodations. They are always nicely furnished and offer everything you need.

It was a beautiful large spacious apartment. We really liked the balcony right by the water. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. Except the toaster should be replaced. The whole apartment is very tastefully decorated. Especially that we had a garage, it was worth its weight in gold, although a bit tight, but my Q3 fit in.

We spent another very relaxing week in Egmond aan Zee. Great location of the house just a stone's throw from the beach, the dog-friendly apartment with amazing sea views, was very clean and lovingly furnished, and has everything you need, including a parking space (underground garage). Smooth handling by Rentals Egmond (quick resolution of the clogged shower - thank you very much). We will definitely come back!

A fantastic apartment, furnished with great attention to detail. Everything is sparkling clean, you can only feel comfortable. Watching the North Sea in the morning with your first coffee is truly a dream. Booking was uncomplicated and quickly confirmed. The car is well protected in the garage due to the central location. The apartment has a beautiful and unique charm. It is very well-equipped and cozy. The location is ideal. The underground garage and the elevator are very practical. We were fortunate to have a slightly more spacious garage to store our bicycles. Egmond aan Zee is a very nice little town. The well-stocked grocery store is easily accessible. The place/area is very clean, there are many restaurants and small shops to linger in. The landscape around is impressively beautiful. Overall, we liked it very much and we will definitely come back. I love this apartment. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood with plenty of green spaces and parks. The view from the balcony is fantastic, especially during sunset. The interior is bright and spacious, with large windows that let in a lot of natural light. The layout is perfect, and the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. The rental price for May 2017 is excellent. Unfortunately, it increases by a proud 110 euros in the same period in 2018!! The service from Rentals is great: suggestions / feedback were taken care of on the same day.

It was a beautiful apartment for 2 people. Since we only had breakfast in the apartment, no evaluation of the kitchen will be made. However, everything was available. The announced work in the entrance area from January 2018 was not yet completed. There were no disturbances regarding noise. We enjoyed the view of the sea every evening. There is plenty of space on the balcony for this. I liked the parking space in the underground garage because it tested my parking skills. I also enjoyed the support from Rentalsegmond. Friendliness is the top priority here. We had a nice holiday in this apartment and will definitely try to book again.

Chic apartment with fantastic view.

The apartment is stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you need. The view is simply magnificent. The check-in and check-out were totally uncomplicated. The only thing missing for us was a heater in the bathroom, as it's quite cool in winter. Other than that, we really enjoyed it and will definitely book again in the summer.

Friendly, straightforward service from Rentalsegmond, for which we sincerely thank you. The building is in a fantastic location, on the outskirts next to the dunes, and the nicely furnished apartment Sterflat 65, with a fantastic view over the dunes to the sea, we found in perfect condition. Overall, Egmond aan Zee is a very friendly, well-kept town with several shops, various supermarkets, good trendy restaurants, bars, and cafes. Our favorite is the restaurant NATURLIJK in Dr. Wiardi Beckmanlaan 8. Beautiful mild October/November weather (influenced by the Gulf Stream) adds the perfect finishing touch. Apart from the drawback (see below), we had all-around happy and content holidays and immediately booked for April and October 2016.

The only drawback is the cooking pots and frying pans. We would have liked to cook something small, but the interior coating of the pots is partly heavily scratched and peeling off while cooking, which is not only very harmful to health but also disgusting, so we left it. It's a shame that people don't pay attention! The frying pans are also not suitable for electric hotplates. They bend on the hot plate. It would be advisable to offer pots and pans made of indestructible stainless steel.
