Beautiful apartment, but it needs more maintenance, kitchen paint is peeling, dryer lint filter was not cleaned, bath mat is missing, as the floor is very cold in winter, instead of a cupboard a towel heater would be more sensible, as it is way too cold in the bathroom in winter without heating, egg cooker is unusable as it is completely burned inside.

The apartment is very beautiful, very cozy furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped. I missed nothing. The highlight of the apartment is of course the balcony with the great view, with the direct sea view.

We have already booked accommodation with Egmond Rentals for the third time. We love the uncomplicated process and the great location of the accommodations. They are always nicely furnished and offer everything you need.

It was a beautiful large spacious apartment. We really liked the balcony right by the water. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. Except the toaster should be replaced. The whole apartment is very tastefully decorated. Especially that we had a garage, it was worth its weight in gold, although a bit tight, but my Q3 fit in.

The apartment is very nice and lovingly furnished. The equipment is very good in every respect, modern, and very clean. The beds and mattresses were very comfortable. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Not to forget the great view from the two balconies, equipped with 2 loungers, 3 comfortable chairs, and a table, which we enjoyed very much. We really liked the apartment and would book it again anytime.

We spent another very relaxing week in Egmond aan Zee. Great location of the house just a stone's throw from the beach, the dog-friendly apartment with amazing sea views, was very clean and lovingly furnished, and has everything you need, including a parking space (underground garage). Smooth handling by Rentals Egmond (quick resolution of the clogged shower - thank you very much). We will definitely come back!

A fantastic apartment, furnished with great attention to detail. Everything is sparkling clean, you can only feel comfortable. Watching the North Sea in the morning with your first coffee is truly a dream. Booking was uncomplicated and quickly confirmed. The car is well protected in the garage due to the central location. Conclusion - pure relaxation!

The apartment has a beautiful and unique charm. It is very well-equipped and cozy. The location is ideal. The underground garage and the elevator are very practical. We were fortunate to have a slightly more spacious garage to store our bicycles. Egmond aan Zee is a very nice little town. The well-stocked grocery store is easily accessible. The place/area is very clean, there are many restaurants and small shops to linger in. The landscape around is impressively beautiful. Overall, we liked it very much and we will definitely come back. Thank you for the hospitality!

I love this apartment. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood with plenty of green spaces and parks. The view from the balcony is fantastic, especially during sunset. The interior is bright and spacious, with large windows that let in a lot of natural light. The layout is perfect, and the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. Overall, it feels like a cozy and welcoming place to call home.

The view from all rooms is really great. The apartment is bright and cozy. It has everything you need, plenty of kitchen utensils and dishes. The house is quiet and has a top location, everything is easily accessible. Very nice to have an underground parking space, which eliminates the annoying search for parking.

The rental price for May 2017 is excellent. Unfortunately, it increases by a proud 110 euros in the same period in 2018!! The service from Rentals is great: suggestions / feedback were taken care of on the same day.

It was a beautiful apartment for 2 people. Since we only had breakfast in the apartment, no evaluation of the kitchen will be made. However, everything was available. The announced work in the entrance area from January 2018 was not yet completed. There were no disturbances regarding noise. We enjoyed the view of the sea every evening. There is plenty of space on the balcony for this. I liked the parking space in the underground garage because it tested my parking skills. I also enjoyed the support from Rentalsegmond. Friendliness is the top priority here. We had a nice holiday in this apartment and will definitely try to book again.
