The apartment no. 65 is located on the 2nd floor on the west side of the complex 'Sterflat' in Egmond aan Zee.
The apartment in a prime location with 2 balconies. The scenic view provides a direct view of the boulevard, the state and the North Sea.
The apartment was renovated in early 2015 and is friendly and practical. Small accessories provide a beach-like atmosphere.
The apartment is suitable for 2 - 4 people. Wireless WiFi Internet access is present.

Entrance hall with door to the bathroom and wardrobe and entrance to the living area.
Bathroom:
The newly decorated bathroom has a spacious shower, a bathroom cabinet, toilet, washing machine and dryer. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board are also provided.
Living area:
The living room is furnished with 2 sofas, a dining room table with 4 chairs and 2 stools. One of the two sofas can be converted by a simple action on an additional berth. Also available: flat screen LCD TV, DVD and audio installation.
Kitchen:
The open and fully equipped kitchen living room covers an area of approximately 6 m2. Oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer are available. Kitchen utensils are present in sufficient number.
Bedroom:
The bedroom includes 2 single beds each with a single duvet and a spacious wardrobe.
The two balconies in a westerly and north-westerly direction are equipped with a garden set and 2 loungers. The chairs are adjustable. From the balconies you can enjoy a magnificent view of the boulevard, the beach and the dunes.
The house has its own XXL-parking garage, which is located in the basement. Here possibly also bicycles can be parked.

In all seasons you can spend a nice weekend or a week to relax in our cozy village. Egmond aan Zee has extensive forests, dunes and heath areas and the most beautiful beach in the Netherlands. A unique area for Nature, a haven for sun worshipers! Egmond is above all a really nice village for your recovery. Nearby are the cultural cities of Alkmaar, Haarlem and Amsterdam.

Schickes Appartement mit Spitzen Aussicht
Das Appartement ist schick eingerichtet und mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet.
Die Aussicht ist einfach herrlich.
Die An- und Abreise war total unkompliziert.
Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat, war eine Heizung im Badezimmer, im Winter ist es schon ziemlich kühl. Ansonsten hat es uns sehr gut gefallen, sodass wir auf jeden Fall im Sommer erneut buchen werden.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
Freundlicher unkomplizierter Service seitens Rentalsegmond, wofür wir uns herzlich bedanken. Das Gebäude in traumhafter Lage, am Ortsrand neben der Düne und die hübsch eingerichtete Wohnung Sterflat 65, mit fantastischer Aussicht über die Düne hinaus aufs Meer, trafen wir picobello an. Überhaupt ist Egmond aan Zee ein sehr freundlicher gepflegter Ort mit mehreren Geschäften und diversen Supermärkte, guten trendigen Restaurants, Bars, Cafes. Unser Favorit ist das Restaurant NATURLIJK in der Dr. Wiardi Beckmanlaan 8. Traumhaft schönes mildes Oktober/November-Wetter (Golfstrom-Einfluss) bildet das berühmte i-Tüpfelchen. Bis auf das Manko( siehe unten) erlebten wir rundum glückliche und zufriedene Ferien und buchten gleich für April und Oktober 2016. .
Das einzige Manko sind die Kochtöpfe und Bratpfannen. Wir hätten gerne mal eine Kleinigkeit gekocht, aber die Innen-Beschichtung der Kochtöpfe ist zum Teil stark verkratzt und löst sich deshalb beim kochen ab, was nicht nur sehr schädlich für die Gesundheit ist, sondern auch eklig und somit haben wir es gelassen. Schade, daß die Leute nicht aufpassen! Die Bratpfannen sind außerdem nicht für Elektroplatten geeignet. Sie verbiegen sich auf der heißen Kochplatte. Es wäre ratsam Kochtöpfe und Bratpfannen aus unverwüstlichem Edelstahl anzubieten.

Wir haben wieder eine sehr entspannte Woche in Egmond aan Zee verbracht. Tolle Lage des Hauses nur einen Katzensprung zum Strand, die hundefreundliche Wohnung mit tollem Meerblick, war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, inkl. Parkplatz (Tiefgarage), gute Abwicklung über Rentals Egmond (kurzfristige Beseitigung der Verstopfung in der Dusche - vielen Dank). Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung hat einen schönen und eigenen Charme. Sie ist sehr gut und reichhaltig ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Die Lage ist ideal. Die Tiefgarage und der Aufzug sind sehr praktisch. Wir hatten dazu das Glück, dass wir eine etwas geräumigere Garage dazu hatten, um die Fahrräder dort unterzustellen. Egmond aan Zee ist ein sehr schönes kleines Örtchen. Das gut sortierte Lebensmittelgeschäft ist gut erreichbar. Der Ort/die Umgebung ist sehr sauber, es gibt viele Restaurants und kleine Läden zum Verweilen. Die Landschaft rundherum ist beeindruckend schön. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen. Dankeschön für die Gastfreundlichkeit!
