Vacation at Lake Garda

We had wonderful days at Lake Garda and felt very comfortable in the holiday apartment. The location directly by the lake impressed us very much, and the view from the small balcony of the lake and the mountains, already in the morning at breakfast or in the evening, is fantastic. Also great are the secure parking lot and the free use of bicycles. The paths to the pizzeria below us or across from us, to the beach, to the small shop on the street, or to the bus stop, where you can take a smaller bus to the next villages and enjoy the surroundings, are short. Along the lakeside road and the cycle path that connects Cassone with Malcesine, you will find a free pebble beach. If we had any questions, they were immediately answered and we were helped. Cassone is such a beautiful, small place, away from all the hustle and bustle. Unfortunately, time flew by for us, but we felt completely comfortable all around.

Holiday at Lake Garda

We had a wonderful vacation week and felt very comfortable in the vacation rental. The location directly by the lake thrilled us and the view from the small balcony of the lake and mountains is fantastic. The enclosed parking lot, free use of the bicycles, space for SUP, and especially the very nice, personal contact with the landlord are also great. We will gladly come back.

Holiday at Lake Garda

We had a great time here. The apartment was modern furnished and we didn't miss anything. The location to the bathing area was great. The restaurant below always had delicious food. Cassone is a place where you can escape the hustle and bustle in the main season. We really enjoyed our stay and would book the apartment again at any time. Very nice communication with the landlords. Closed parking space for cars, top.

The flat is simple but functional.The small balcony overlooking the lake is a dream,free view of the lake and mountains.The landlords Matthia and Daniela are very friendly,communication is very pleasant.When handing over the flat,everything is explained. The private closed car park is worth its weight in gold, since parking possibilities are limited.Restaurant's, four in the number are in the periphery of approx.30 m to reach.Cassone is a small very quiet suburb of Malcesine, which one can reach on foot approx. 4km.For us the most beautiful place on Lake Garda.Venice is to be reached with the car in approx.2 hours.If we come again to Lake Garda, then in any case in this flat. Mfg Peter and Yvonne. Ps.there is a meadow close by where the dog can defecate.but please remove the dog's waste

Simply perfect

We gave our rating because everything was perfect.
Mattia and Daniela are super friendly, if you had a concern, you could write on WhatsApp and get a prompt response.
The accommodation is clean and cozy, nothing to complain about. The distances to the beach, restaurants, and the small shop on the street are really short.
The best thing is Mattia's father's homemade olive oil. Highly recommended. Mattia was always up for a little chat whenever you met him. We would love to come back anytime. Simply a dream.

Excellent accommodation

Everything was perfect for us: Location almost directly on the lake (once around the house), lake view, centrally located in the village with good direct bathing opportunities, good surrounding dining options, small shop for essentials in the immediate vicinity, free bicycles provided by the landlord, parking directly on the house's own car park. Landlord very friendly, helpful and uncomplicated. We would like to praise them and say thank you. We would like to come back again and can recommend the accommodation without any reservations.

Super holiday in Cassone with Daniela and Mattia

A holiday flat in a super location, indeed as described in the offer. The main balcony is ideal for lunch in the shade or, on the usual balmy summer evenings, for an atmospheric dinner with a glass of wine. From here you can enjoy the view of Lake Garda. We also liked the 2nd balcony with a view of the Gardasena Orientale and the goings on in the village. A very clean, renovated flat, the furnishings are functional, the kitchen is well suited for preparing meals, from the comfortable beds you can listen to the lapping of the waves at night. We didn't miss a living room in this weather. The nearest small pebble beach is a 2 minute walk away. The friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts, who are easily accessible and respond quickly to questions and requests, is exceptional. We felt very comfortable here and will definitely be back.

Beautiful holiday apartment with a view of the lake

Very nice holiday apartment, with a small balcony and a view of the lake, perfect location to enjoy the time at Lake Garda. The small village of Cassone has everything you need (small supermarket, restaurants, café/bar, ...) and if something is missing, it's only a 10min bus ride to Malcesine. We would love to come back and can recommend Casa Giadino.

clean flat, super location

we were with 2 people on the first floor with a great view directly to the lake. The location is perfect. Also very nice is the covered parking directly in front of the door. We were able to park our drivers in the basement. Only the kitchen could have been a bit better equipped, but all the basic things are there. we would come again!

We had a wonderful holiday and this great accommodation is part of it. We had booked 2 flats with friends. Very nice and helpful landlord. The flats are very clean, equipped with everything you need ! Shopping facilities can be reached in 50m, 2 pizzerias just within reach.... Parking directly at the house, fenced and covered. The biggest plus, it is directly on the lake !
All in all, we were very satisfied ! We will be very happy to come back !!!

Apartment no. 3

We spent a week in flat no. 3 on the first floor. We were welcomed by the very nice landlord. The apartment was very clean and renovated. The furnishings are functional. The view from the small corner balcony is very good on the first floor! Parking spaces directly at the house in the shade and in the lockable car park are also included. There is a cellar for play equipment (SUP etc) and bicycles to use. The flat has wifi, air conditioning and satellite TV. The only thing I found very sparse was the crockery

Since the flat is located directly on the Gardasena, the well-insulated windows were great...I slept well.

The price/performance ratio is right. The landlord is very nice

The view from apartment no. 1, which our son occupied on the ground floor, was more limited due to the roof of the pizzeria directly in front of us

All in all, I can recommend Casa Giardino to anyone looking for a clean, practically equipped apartment close to the beach.

First time there, perfect.

Beautiful apartment, everything you need is available. The location is extra great, no road between the apartment, at night the lake rushes. And the small village of Cassone is really beautiful. Everything is nearby, food, small supermarket.

Beautiful, clean vacation apartment in a great location

We had a very nice vacation in the holiday apartment Casa Giardino. The location is great with a balcony directly overlooking the lake. The apartment was very clean and everything we needed was available. Parking and bicycles could be used without any problems. The landlords are very nice and the booking was done quickly and uncomplicated. We can definitely recommend the accommodation and would come back again!

Great small apartment for 2 people

The accommodation was very clean and equipped with everything needed. The communication with the landlords was always very nice, and questions were answered promptly. The view from the balcony directly overlooking Lake Garda is unbeatable. We had breakfast on the balcony every morning. Bread and cold cuts can be bought directly at the corner store, 2 minutes away. We had no problems with our dog either. Sufficient green space is available nearby. The pizzeria below the apartment serves great food, we went there to eat almost every day. A little hidden gem is the Osteria Al Pecatore in Brenzone. The dinner is an experience :-) you have to spend a little more, BUT it's worth it.

Were two in the holiday apartment and both totally thrilled! Nice and helpful landlords, great location and beautiful view. The apartment had everything you need for a week of vacation. We would definitely book there again and recommend it to everyone! :-)

Beautiful days at Lake Garda

We felt very comfortable, the apartment is sufficient for 2 people.
But there is a lack of seating furniture, only one sofa and four kitchen chairs is little.
We would come back again.

Very nice stay

I can only recommend this holiday flat. The landlords are extremely nice and helpful. The flat itself is almost unique with such a view directly onto the lake in beautiful Cassone. We enjoyed our holiday very much, the pictures do not promise too little. As the only small "point of criticism" I would have wished for a little more abundant "basic equipment" in the kitchen (dish towels, washing-up liquid, sponge). We will be happy to come back!

Very nice week spent here

The flat is ideally located, you have practically everything at your doorstep. A restaurant/pizzeria is directly below the house on the promenade and you only need to walk across the street to the other restaurant. There is also a small corner shop where you can buy everything you need and fresh bread every morning, about 40 metres from the house and easy to reach even with slippers

Anytime again

Holiday apartment clean and bright. Equipment is mostly available, except for dish towels. Not a problem, just bought one and took it home as a souvenir. The holiday apartment allocated to us is only suitable for 2 people, as there is only one bedroom. From the bedroom/balcony, there is a wonderful view of Lake Garda. With the window open, you can hear the waves in the apartment. Below the holiday apartment, there is a pizzeria. The noise level from visitors was only louder on weekends Fr./Sa./Sun., but it would quiet down again after 11:00 PM. We did not find the street noise disturbing (high season holidays in Italy and Bavaria). Protected parking spaces for vehicles available. The landlord was super nice and flexible with arrival time. There are shops and additional restaurants in the village. There is a tourist bus to Malcesine, one-way fare per person 1.20 EUR. The only downside: WIFI not very reliable.
