This detached holiday home, for 1-6 people, in the cozy fishing village of Egmond aan Zee is the ideal starting point to relax. Our Boulevard holiday home is only 75 meters away from the beach with dunes and the lighthouse. The center with various shops and cozy restaurants is only 200 meters away.
Layout of the house
In the bright living room, there is a TV (incl. German channels), DVD, and a comfortable (sleeping) couch. For cozy evenings of playing or dining, there is a dining table available.
The open new kitchen with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and coffee maker leaves nothing to be desired in providing for you and your family or friends. The spacious bathroom is also located on the first floor and includes a large shower, a sink, and a toilet.
A staircase leads to the first floor, where there are 2 spacious, atmospheric bedrooms. One of these 2 bedrooms is equipped with a double bed, and the other with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms are separate and can be closed by a door.
There are generous closets provided for storing your clothing. Our large sunny garden has a large lounge sofa with a table ready for you to spend cozy days and evenings there. Our garden also offers ample space to park your bicycles. The garden is fenced and can be closed with a door, ensuring absolute privacy. An electric awning is available.

Great location, minimal service, high price.
The holiday cottage is comfortably furnished, reasonably well-equipped, and has a large terrace. The landlady was friendly, but we had to remind her of her promises to provide us with an umbrella and change of bedding. We arrived in rainy weather and immediately had a puddle from our wet umbrellas and shoes, including those of the landlady, in the living room with kitchen area, as the apartment is only accessible through the terrace without a roof. A mop or cleaner was not initially available. Some of the dishes were dirty, and we did not have a single roll of toilet paper upon arrival, which was inconvenient after a several-hour car ride. The staircase is steeper than the photos on the website suggest, making the handrail important for us, although it was already loose in the upper part. Dogs are allowed here but should be able to manage the steep staircase better if they stay downstairs. The stairs could be dangerous for young children. The bedrooms also appear larger in the photos. A bed in the room with the double bed needs to be climbed up to. There is only a wardrobe in the other bedroom. The view from this room is directly towards the lighthouse. Despite the unexpected limitations, we felt comfortable.

Bei der Ankunft habe ich angegeben, dass Sie nach einer Woche saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher erhalten. Ich habe auch angegeben, dass Sie mich jederzeit kontaktieren können, wenn Sie dies früher wünschen! Nach einer Woche haben Sie sofort saubere Artikel erhalten!
Sie haben auch sofort einen Mopp erhalten, nachdem Sie mir eine Whatsapp geschickt haben! Wir wohnen neben dem Ferienhaus und sind daher umso besser erreichbar und auch per Whatsapp/Telefon!
Bei der Ankunft befinden sich 2 Toilettenpapierrollen im Haus. Da wir kein Hotel sind, können Sie Toilettenpapier auch in einem weniger als 5 Gehminuten entfernten Supermarkt kaufen.
Unsere Betten sind alle gleich hoch und haben eine Standardbetthöhe! Auch für Kinder sehr gut geeignet! Das offene, normal begehbare Treppenhaus, mit Geländer (!) ist auf den Fotos deutlich zu erkennen, ebenso die weitere Aufteilung der Schlafzimmer. Wir haben absolut keine Fotos manipuliert! Während Ihres Aufenthaltes standen wir Ihnen in jeder erdenklichen Weise zur Verfügung, und Sie waren es bei mehreren Gelegenheiten; bei uns vor der Tür, persönlich, per E-Mail und per Whatsapp! Wir haben immer angegeben erreichbar zu sein für unsere Gäste.
Wie auch auf anderen Websites zu sehen ist, geben uns Gäste immer sehr gute Bewertungen und unser Durchschnitt liegt derzeit bei ein 9,3!
