In Quiet but central location, just 5 minutes from city center and the beautiful sandy beaches, this very modern villa is situated on a closed plot of 900 square meters.
Outside the villa there is the saltwater swimming pool befindt 10 x 4m with an outdoor shower, and sun loungers and shaded areas. From there you have a wide view of the mountains.
On the upper floor there is a double bedroom with air conditioning, TV and 2 shower rooms 1 with bath and 1 with shower and bidet.
