Villa Sasso will make you feel like you are in a fairytale. It has a beautiful, carefully tended garden where you can enjoy right from the completed renovated typically stone Istrian house will charm you at first glance. Its terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the Istrian climate, read a book or prepare your dinner and lunch. The villa has two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen, dining area and living room. Every bedroom has its own bathroom with shower to guarantee a complete privacy.
On the outside area you also have an additional dining area with barbecue, where you can spend warm evenings with your family and prepare some traditional Istrian dishes.

Matelici is a small and quite village southeastern Istria, 15 km from Pula and 10 km from Fazana. The place is ideal for those that love nature, good food and wine, and for those looking for tranquility. You need 10 minutes by car to get from Matelici to the sea, 5 km from Vodnjan, who is well known for the mummies in Sv. Blaz church. Matelici is ideal for lovers of Istrian cuisine, wines and its traditional dishes and for lovers of nature.

Family holiday/super starting point for all of Istria
We are a family with 2 children and have booked the villa in May 2022. The house and the furnishings are very nice. There are 3 bathrooms, a washing machine and a great pool. The oven/microwave (?) needs explanation, we didn't really understand how it worked. We also couldn't find the dryer that was supposedly there. The kitchen equipment is ok. A few small things were missing (e.g. scissors). In addition, indirect light sources (small floor lamps) and a landing net for the pool would be nice. Even though the pool is cleaned twice a week, it would be nice to be able to remove dirt ourselves in between. All in all, we liked it very much and can recommend the house as a starting point for excursions throughout Istria.
The booking via WiiBuk worked great, a week before arrival we received all the information about the property and contact details of the owners. They were always available via WhatsApp
