beautiful well-maintained holiday home

It was a great stay. The hosts were very nice and attentive. We were already welcomed with bread and a plate of sausage as a welcome gift.

The tips for shopping and other information about the area around the holiday home were also helpful, everything within a radius of 10 km.

The location of the holiday home is very quiet and the large well-kept property is fully fenced and not really visible. There is an outdoor seating area, a large clean pool, various sun loungers, a parasol, an open kitchen with a grill, and a large dining table.

We were really more than thrilled.

The layout of the rooms is very good and each bedroom has its own modern bathroom. The holiday home offers all comforts (great WiFi, TV, air conditioning, etc.). The kitchen, dining, and living rooms also offer all the comfort that makes a holiday even better.

Holiday as it should be.

We accepted the offer for a week at short notice. The communication via email and WhatsApp was very good. We were greeted very kindly and introduced with a house tour. We were able to enjoy a delicious gourmet platter and had no shopping stress. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, each with its own bathroom. Washing machine and dryer are available. The living and dining area blend into each other. There is a large TV and comfortable sofas, as well as a fully equipped kitchen for 8 people. Outside, there is a large well-maintained pool and four sun loungers with large umbrellas. Grilling and breakfast can be done in good weather in a covered space that is open to the pool. Everything was arranged very tastefully. It was no problem with a dog, the property is fenced in and hardly visible. If you are mobile, you can visit many sights in the surrounding area. We felt very comfortable and would come back.

Beautiful holiday home.

This beautiful villa located in central Istria is very well suited for trips in all directions, whether it be to the beach, hiking, cycling, or city tours. The hosts are very friendly and will contact you immediately with any inquiries. We were 5 adults and 2 dogs and really enjoyed the vacation. Unique

The villa with pool and garden is very well maintained and top equipped. Even better than stated on the internet. Very nice hosts who were always available. The location is perfect for relaxing, as it is quiet. By car almost all Istrian places worth seeing can be reached in max. 45 min as it is very centrally located. We hope to spend another holiday in Villa Jakov soon

Ein Traumurlaub

Wir haben zu 7. eine wunderschöne Woche in der Villa verbracht. Von der Buchung bis zur Ankunft lief alles problemlos und unkompliziert. Wir wurden schon mit einer Brotzeit, Wein, Schnaps und Saft für die Kinder erwartet. Das Haus mit dem beleuchteten Pool ist ein absoluter Traum. Es war alles sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und bedanken uns nochmal für die schöne Zeit

A relaxing week

Holiday with friends at friends...

Despite arriving late, Elisabet was waiting for us and welcomed us with great treats. She also gave us good tips on what was worth visiting in the area.
We are two families, each with two teens aged 13 and 16. That's why the room arrangements worked out great. The rooms/house are exactly like the pictures. And the fact that each room has its own bathroom is perfect. Everything is new and in good condition. There is enough space for everyone. Only the table in the kitchen is not big enough for eight people. But it didn't matter because we had great weather and always ate outside. We could really enjoy the pool. At least two more sunbeds would have been great. We also made extensive use of the barbecue facilities. All in all: great. We will be back again! THANK YOU!!!

A very nice, new, clean, well equipped home

A very nice, new, clean, well equipped home. It left no wishes open. The owner and his parents were very welcoming, friendly and pro-active. The pool and terrace/garden area is gorgeous. Every sleeping room comes with its own well equipped bath on-suite: nice! The location is in a tiny village, very quiet. It is a short drive to shops and restaurants. The central location in Istria allowed us to do many smaller half-day and day trips into all directions.

We stayed for a week in this really beautiful and modern villa
From booking to departure, everything was very uncomplicated and pleasant

We had a very friendly and nice welcome and were immediately provided with tips around Barban

The villa itself is very clean and allows for absolute privacy

The furnishings leave nothing to be desired. Everything you need was there

The location is in the middle of a small village, but you can reach the sea very quickly by car

We would come back at any time!

Wirklich supi

Wir waren mit der Familie dort, vier Personen, jeder hatte ein Schlafzimmer, traumhaft. Den Pool haben wir ausgiebig genutzt weil es zum Meer 30 min. Autofahrt bedeutet.
Der Vermieter Ivan ist sehr sehr nett, alles passt. Immer gerne wieder.

Villa Jakov

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gepflegt und man merkt, dass es noch sehr neu ist. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es ist alle vorhanden, was man so braucht. Wir haben dort sowohl gekocht, als auch im Außenbreich gerillt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes vollausgestattetes Bad. In jedem Zimmer, wie auch im Wohnbreiech gibt es Klimaanlagen. Der Wohnraum ist sehr gemütlich, hat einen TV und eine offene Küche. Alles ist sehr sauber und alle 3 bis 4 Tage wird der Pool gereinigt und alle Werte kontrolliert. Das Haus steht mitten im Ort zwischen den Häusern der Einheimischen, aber ist von keiner Seite einsehbar. Liegt man am Pool hat man absolut seine Ruhe. Wir waren 7 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und ein Hund und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt aus unserer Sicht nichts auszusetzten.

Traumhaus

Dieses nagelneue Haus, umgeben von netten Nachbarn,können wir uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.
Wir, zwei Erwachsene, ein Teenie und Hund haben uns in der ersten Septemberwoche 2017 dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
Es liegt, sehr ruhig gelegen, in einem kleinen Dorf, in guter Ausgangsposition für Ausflüge ans Meer oder ins Landesinnere. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants findet man ein paar Kilometer entfernt in Barban.
Im Haus ist absolut alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr geschmackvoll, einfach perfekt und entspricht den Fotos ins Detail. Auch in punkto Sauberkeit einfach perfekt.
Was uns besonders gefallen hat, ist dass jedem Zimmer ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche angehört. So hat man, auch wenn man mit 2 Familien plus Kindern oder 4 Paaren reist, immer seine Privatsphäre.
Besonders zu erwähnen ist der riesige Pool im uneinsehbaren Garten. Er ist lang und tief genug um ein paar Züge zu schwimmen und das integrierte Massagebecken perfekt für Kleinkinder zum planschen.
Dieses Haus verdient definitiv in allen Bereichen 5 Sterne und wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.
