Are you looking for a guesthouse, a room, a hotel or a holiday flat?
We offer a comfortable small flat to feel good in the centre of Haaksbergen. The furnished, friendly and quiet non-smoking flat (), has room for up to 2 people.
Haaksbergen offers many shopping possibilities and good restaurants with a very cosy village centre. A bakery and grocery shop are in the immediate vicinity, 10 m away.
In the surrounding area there are many possibilities for excursions with excellent cycle paths.
The cosy living room has an open kitchen, a dining table and a small desk. The small balcony (west-facing) with sliding door can only be accessed and used in the living room to enjoy the midday and evening sun.
The small separate interior bedroom is suitable for up to 2 people.
The inside shower - bath has a washing machine. The tumble dryer is located in the storage room.

General parking spaces are available for the guest in front of the house. A parking space is not permanently assigned to the flat.

In the event of cancellation, the landlord will claim compensation as follows: Cancellation up to 45 days before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price. Cancellation 44-33 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price. Cancellation 32-22 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price. Cancellation 21-12 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental price. Cancellation 11 days before the start of the rental period up to the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price.
