This house with 100sqm of living space offers you relaxation and pure nature in the beautiful Maremma. You will stay in a natural stone house renovated and extended in Tuscan style in 2013. From the house and the 40 sqm terrace you look out over a lushly wooded valley and, in good weather, all the way to the Mediterranean. The sandy beaches of Follonica are a 30-minute drive away.
Right next to the house, a 10x4m pool was completed in 2019. It contains low-chlorine saltwater and is therefore suitable for allergy sufferers. Next to it you will find an outdoor shower on the terrace.
The furnishings of the holiday house are in Tuscan style. Beautiful wooden beam ceilings create a cozy atmosphere. Mullioned windows made of wood offer a view of the wonderful landscape. Thanks to the south-facing orientation of the house, the rooms are bright and friendly.
Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed (1.80m wide). Next to it is the second bedroom with two single beds (each 90cm wide), a washbasin, and an open fireplace. This room can also be reached via an outside staircase. You reach the guest house via the terrace. In this third bedroom there is a double bed (1.80m wide) and a washbasin.
The ground floor of the house features a living room with flat-screen TV and open fireplace. In the custom-made chestnut wood kitchen there is a dining area, induction stove, oven, dishwasher, and a large refrigerator. The kitchen has a basement, so you will find plenty of space for supplies. Next to the living room is a bathroom with shower and toilet. Another open-air bathroom with shower and toilet is located a little above the house and can be reached via an outside staircase. Here you can shower virtually in the middle of nature.
The spacious and partially covered terrace in front of the house is lined with fragrant herb bushes. Here you will find plenty of space for eating, relaxing, and playing. A gas grill, sun umbrellas, and deck chairs are available. Additional terraces and natural stone walls run alongside and behind the house.
The house is located about 2.5 km from the center of Pratas, in a secluded setting surrounded by nature. It is accessible via a dirt road. For this, we provide you with a complimentary all-wheel-drive SUV, which will be handed over to you on site (VW Tiguan, automatic). You can park your car conveniently and safely at the village sports field (there have never been any problems in 30 years). Please use the Tiguan only for the route between the sports field and the holiday house.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is about kilometers from the center Pratas away in an absolutely secluded location surrounded by nature. The picturesque mountain village of Prata is about 15 kilometers away from Massa Marittima and offers restaurants and small shops for daily needs.

Dreamlike
The holiday home is beautifully situated. If you like to spend your holidays away from the tourists, this is the place for you! I was there for a fortnight with my family (2 children under 6) and we had a wonderful time. The house is tastefully furnished (everything you need is there!) and the pool and terrace are simply fantastic. My family and I will definitely be back! Absolutely recommendable!
