Our NR-FH****, classified by the DTV, offers 65 sqm over two floors, 3 bedrooms, a cozy, comfortable living and dining room with adjoining kitchen, a shower bathroom, a large terrace in the outdoor area, sunbathing lawn, playground, bicycle garage, and 2 parking spaces.
The furnishings of all areas of the property are very well-maintained and extensive. The atmosphere of the country house holiday home is characterized by bright rooms, coordinated decorations, such as painted pictures, country house curtains and matching table linen. White walls stand in strong contrast to light wooden furniture, ceilings, and the staircase leading to the upper floor. Smoke detectors are visible on the ceiling.
In the kitchen, guests will find, in addition to the technical appliances, dishes for 12 people, an extensive selection of pots and pans, as well as a variety of spices and teas, coffee filters, and various storage and packaging materials, dishwashing and various... Cleaning agents, as well as dish towels, are provided. A cooler bag with ice packs complements the equipment. This makes the kitchen equipment similar to that of a typical household.
In the entrance area of our holiday home, there is a shower room equipped with sufficient hooks and shelves for your utensils. Towels, in matching pairs and coordinated colors, are placed on a glass shelf. A bathroom stool stands in front of the shower, which has a low entry. For the handover of the holiday house, all anti-allergy beds are appropriately made up. The mattress toppers of the six beds can be individually adjusted in height at the head end.
For "bookworms" and for entertainment, books, CDs, various games, and a portable radio are available. As a family-friendly accommodation, we provide complete equipment during your stay. Toys for boys and girls are stored in a chest. However, if as a child you feel like creating your own little work of art, you can do so in the landlady’s studio under guidance upon request.
The furnished terrace offers space for at least 6 people and is adjacent to the living and dining room of the holiday house. An electrically extendable awning over the entire terrace protects against heat and light rain.
Tasty hours are made possible by the sizzling of food on the charcoal grill directly in front of the terrace. In a quiet, undisturbed atmosphere you can relax on two garden loungers on the lawn, sheltered by tall hedges. From spring to late autumn, our guests experience a variety of blossoms on flower beds, in flower boxes and ceramic pots on the well-kept property. At Easter and Christmas, the interior and exterior of our holiday home are also lovingly and artistically decorated. To explore the Brandenburg region, bicycles for adults and children are available for a fee in our bicycle garage. We have also thought of a child seat, a toddler’s bicycle, and a handcart.
Thanks to our central, conveniently located position, the federal capital Berlin—a magnet for guests who want to experience and enjoy the big city atmosphere—can be reached stress-free in half an hour by regional train.

Our FH**** is located in the "Speckgürtel" of Berlin, amidst gardens with single-family homes, water, and forest, separate, only 50 m from open water, on a very quiet side street. Because of its idyllic location not far from two wild and romantic clay ponds, several streams, and the Staabe, over which seven narrow stone bridges lead, the district Neue Mühle is also popularly called "Little Venice." Our public natural beach at Krimnicksee, only 200 m from the FH, is well known even in Berlin. Many visitors enjoy the service of the small snack bar, the water slide, the playground, and the beautiful sunbathing lawn during the swimming season. Quite a few children have learned to swim here under professional instruction. The lifeguard supervises the bathing operations responsibly and also rents out rowboats.
Those who enjoy leisurely walks will find them under the shade-giving chestnut trees along the promenade to the lock. Well-maintained benches along the riverside path invite you to linger and watch the busy ship traffic.
Those who wish to take a walk through the beech forest in the "Tiergarten" or visit the center of Königs Wusterhausen can cross the lock bridge and reach their destination on foot in a short time.
For daily needs, holiday guests will find a bakery about 300 m from the accommodation, and not far from there several supermarkets, such as ALDI, Rewe, Penny, Netto. A doctor's office, physiotherapy, and a pharmacy are quickly accessible in our district.
Anyone who wants to do extensive shopping for young and old goes to the "A10", directly at the Königs Wusterhausen highway exit. In addition to numerous restaurants, gyms and several cinemas invite visitors to enjoy a variety of leisure activities.
Our guests are welcome to bring any questions and requests to us during their stay. Since we, as landlords, live on the adjacent property, we strive to address concerns satisfactorily.
Our holiday home has received over 100 positive entries in the guest books and 40 ***** ratings on an internet portal from previous guests. Königs Wusterhausen is one of the most popular excursion and leisure regions of Berlin in the lake- and forest-rich Dahme lake area. Our city is a holiday destination and starting point for all who are looking for diverse cultural attractions and at the same time want to enjoy a relaxing and eventful active holiday. More than 70 lakes invite you to enjoy water sports and swimming; cycling and hiking on well-marked trails into the Dahme lake district are a real experience. The historic hunting lodge in Königs Wusterhausen vividly conveys impressions of the work of the "Soldier King" Friedrich Wilhelm I. The "Transmitter and Radio Technology Museum" on the highest elevation of Königs Wusterhausen is unique in Germany. From here, the first wireless radio broadcast to other countries took place at Christmas in 1920. Our transport network is excellently developed. This way you can comfortably reach the center of Berlin in about 30 minutes by regional express or S-Bahn, Potsdam in 45 minutes, or the particularly scenic Spreewald at a distance of 40 km.

The arrival day can be chosen flexibly. In doing so, a seamless booking sequence should be ensured if possible.
Arrival is possible from 3:00 p.m., departure must take place by 10:00 a.m. The minimum stay is 3 days.
The handover of the holiday home by the tenant and the inspection on the day of departure will be carried out personally by the landlord. The house rules for the Fh are visibly displayed.

Very beautiful holiday home
We stayed with our grandchildren for a few days in this holiday home to explore some attractions in and around Berlin. The holiday home of the Fuhrmann family was the perfect starting point. We felt very comfortable. The holiday home is very tidy and clean. It is lovingly furnished and nothing is missing. We know that if we need accommodation near Berlin again, we will contact Mrs. Fuhrmann again.

beautiful house in beautiful location
Beautiful house in a good location in Berlin. We took the train to downtown Berlin every day and returned in the evening to a nice and relaxed house. Ute is a very nice host, she took good care of us.

Very beautiful holiday home

Very cool
We can definitely recommend the accommodation. Very clean, everything you need is there, and the landlady is really nice. The price-performance ratio is very good. Public transport is easily accessible, and you can quickly get to Berlin Mitte. And for those who prefer a quieter atmosphere, there are numerous lakes to relax by.
We will definitely come back.
