Description
This charming and homely holiday home is located in the Kahnsdorf lagoon on Lake Hain. There are two private parking spaces on the property. The special and really rare thing about the holiday home is that it stands on stilts in the lake. The entrance is on the land side, and there is a boat garage under the house. Holidaymakers are welcome to use the boat garage, from here you can set sail directly. A light rowing boat for 4 persons is attached to the jetty or in the garage for holidaymakers to use free of charge. Our guests are also welcome to bring their own boat, a slipway and crane facility is not far away.
Directly on the lake is our large sun terrace, here you can go swimming, relax and soak up the sun. There is a bathing ladder here. Our lake terrace is optimally oriented to the south, here you have plenty of sun. In front of the house there is a rustic bench to sit and relax.
On the ground floor, next to the boat garage, there is a guest toilet, the utility room and a small room under the stairs.
Upstairs is the cosy and lovingly furnished living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a hallway and the bathroom. At the living room there is also an additional balcony directly over the water with a beautiful panoramic view over the lagoon and Lake Hain.
There is a large shower in the bathroom. For the little ones there is a footstool for the sink and a baby toilet attachment. A hairdryer is available for our guests
On the 2nd floor is the small children's room with a single bed 90 x 200 cm and another bed 80 x 190 cm, which is screwed to the wall as a loft bed. In the bedroom there is a large white marriage bed 180 x 205 cm and a large white bedroom wardrobe. There is also another WC in the attic. From the bedroom you can access the large lakeside terrace, from which you have an excellent view over the lagoon and Lake Hain. our guests are welcome to use 4 sun loungers and a parasol.
The holiday home has about 105 m² of usable space, of which about 85 m² is living space on the floors and plus 20 m² of the boat garage. The lagoon is protected all around by an old and high tree population.
The Schillerhaus is about 5 minutes' walk away. This interesting building has a café and a good restaurant, among other things.
Good news for fishing enthusiasts: you are welcome to fish in Lake Hainer See. Hainer See is a private lake and is not managed by an angling association. For questions about fishing, just ask the owner of the lake, Blauwasser Seemanagement GmbH T.: 03433/2606000, fishing permits are available here.
Pets are welcome at Haus Seepferdchen.
Bed linen and towels can be booked separately.
WLAN is available for our guests free of charge as 16000 DSL. Furthermore, we have a high chair and a cot for our guests free of charge.

Location and surroundings of object
Kahnsdorf is 5 km from Rötha, where you can buy everything, and Borna, the district town, is 7 km away. Leipzig is 12 km away, where you can find everything a big city has to offer. There are many recreational opportunities in the surrounding area, the large and popular Belantis amusement park is about 19 minutes away by car on the A 38 in the direction of Göttingen.
Kahnsdorf is located south of Leipzig in the Leipziger Neuseenland on Lake Hainer See. Kahnsdorf is an idyllic and well-kept village with a very well-kept ice cream parlour and a restaurant as well as smaller shops. The A 38 motorway is 12 km away and the city of Leipzig is 20 km away via a motorway. In Leipzig there is everything for young and old. The district town of Borna is 7 km away and can be reached quickly. The Neuseenland south of Leipzig is a large connected lake area with many recreational opportunities. Lake Hainer See in Kahnsdorf is one of the largest lakes in the Neuseenland. Lake Hainer consists of the pure lake and the Kahnsdorf lagoon. The Seepferdchen holiday home is located on the lagoon.
The infrastructure development is completely new, there is a new lakeside promenade to stroll along.

Almost perfect!
Almost perfect except for two things. It wasn't mentioned anywhere that the holiday home is heated with electric radiators. It would have been interesting to know this if the guest has to pay for the electricity consumption. The second noteworthy point is that the sofa in the living room was full of animal hair. Otherwise, everything was perfect and as described.

Dream holiday at Lake Hainer See
We had a lovely time at the Seepferdchen holiday home. There is private parking and a large lakeside terrace with water access. A beautiful area all around. The house is tastefully furnished.

Super Ferienhaus
Vacation started upon arrival. Everything is available. Pure beach vacation. Cycling around the lake is wonderful. Even nightlights with motion sensors. Great. Had a lovely vacation with a boat. We will return.

Really great top class holiday home in a super environment
When we arrived at the Seepferdchen holiday home, we immediately felt at home,
everything you need is there. The service is perfect, you have your own parking space on the property and the boat under the house is just great. The big city is very close and yet it is totally quiet at night. We haven't slept as well as here in a long time.
