on a more than 2000 m² large property, with 125 m² living space, is ready. This detached house has 3 bedrooms (2 beds each), 2 bathrooms (shower, wellness shower, bathtub), a large fitted kitchen and a heating fireplace in the living area. A large terrace and a balcony invite you to relax

Super relaxing family holiday
We spent a super holiday with 4 adults. The house is worth all the stars, because it lacks nothing. The location was ideal for our excursions. City life exchanged for absolute tranquillity. Always happy to return

Traum-Domizil
Wir, vier Erwachsene und zwei Kinder 8 und 11 (3 Generationen) mit zwei Autos waren vom 14.05.-28.05.2016 zu Gast im Ferienhaus König in Rathmannsdorf-Höhe.
Schon beim Ankommen der 1. positive Eindruck: Schön gepflasterte Einfahrt mit gigantischem Parkraum (ebenfalls gepflastert) und großem, sehr gepflegtem Garten, der auch bespielt werden durfte.
Die Einweisung in das Haus wurde von Herrn König sehr freundlich und ohne Zeitdruck durchgeführt.
Die Zimmer waren alle sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, vor allem die Küche und die 2 Badezimmer waren ein Traum.
Nicht zu verachten war, daß man nach einer anstrengenden Wanderung auf der Terasse oder dem Balkon in absoluter Ruhe und wunderbarer Sicht ein (oder auch zwei) Gläser Wein geniessen konnte.
Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder nehmen und können es nur empfehlen.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus
Ein mit Liebe eingerichtetes Haus in top Zustand und extrem sauber lässt sofort Urlaubsstimmung aufkommen. Erholung ab der ersten Minute. Bestens betreut fühlten wir uns auch durch die netten Vermieter. Hier kommen wir sicher wieder her.

Ein richtig schönes langes Wochenende !
03.12.14 Sehr geehrte Familie König,
hiermit soll noch einmal unser Dank, für das schöne lange Wochenende im 5 *****Ferienhaus Rathmannsdorf Ihnen nacheilen. Von der Buchung bis zur Ausstattung war alles super. Selbst ein Babybett stand da und der vergessene Topf wird einem nachgeschickt. Für die Abrundung des Wochenendes waren der Weihnachtsmarkt auf der Festung Königstein und die Therme in Bad Schandau ideal.
