Our house is on the outskirts of Denia in a quiet agrarian zone at the foot of Montgo. The center of Denia is around
The town beach of Denia is about 3km away. You can take the train to Denia, the station is about 400m. In the hinterland you can reach in about 15 Km there are vineyards and mountains over 1000m.
On our property there are ancient carob trees and orange, pomegranate, olive and almond trees. The port of Denia offers the shortest route to Ibiza and the Balearics. You will find a fishing port and old, rambling city areas with street cafes, small and restaurats Tabaskneipen, of course must the "Shopen" not come to short.
In Denia you can also find the landmark of Denia Castle directly across the harbor and close to the Montgo mountain which rises at about 800m on the coast.
In the area there are also rice fields and many citrus orchards that produce Wore a green environment.
