The ground floor flat is located in a holiday home with 2 residential units in a well-kept flower garden, which invites you to relax after extensive activities. The holiday home is located on the immediate outskirts of Berlin, in a quiet single-family housing estate that is conveniently situated and has a good infrastructure. The flat is bright, cosy and comfortably furnished. It has a living room with separate access to a terrace, a bedroom, a kitchen and a shower/toilet. It is wheelchair and handicapped accessible, but this is not immediately obvious. The house is equipped with free WiFi.
In the living room there is a cosy sofa corner and a dining area as well as bright furniture, a flat screen TV, a radio and a DVD player. The terrace, accessible via the wide patio door, is surrounded by flower gardens. The bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds and a spacious wardrobe. The kitchen has a bright fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker and everything you need in the kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a floor-level shower, washbasin and toilet.

The holiday home is located in a quiet settlement of single-family houses. The S-Bahn and regional train can be easily reached on foot. There are also buses from the stop about 100 m away to the Ahrensfelde S-Bahn station. A small wooded area begins about 200 m away. A variety of shopping facilities, doctors' surgeries and service providers are within a short distance. The motorway is about 5 km away. Ahrensfelde is divided. One part belongs to Berlin-Marzahn (new housing area), the other part to the state of Brandenburg (community with mainly single-family houses). The village has a very good infrastructure due to its proximity to the new housing development area - discounters, doctors' surgeries, restaurants, banks. The Ahrensfelde S-Bahn station with P+R is located on the outskirts of the village, from where you can reach Berlin city centre in about 30 minutes by S7. There are stops for a regional train to Berlin and Werneuchen and several bus lines. The village is surrounded by fields and forests with many well-developed cycle paths. On the outskirts of the village is an equestrian farm with shelter for horses.
