The detached holiday home is located on the residential property and is only habitable from May to September.
The separate two-room holiday flat is in a very quietly situated two-family house. All rooms are comfortably furnished. The kitchens are equipped with: Microwave, mini oven, coffee machine, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, bread cutter and kettle. Additional equipment on the ground floor: dishwasher, oven, cooker bonnet and a washing machine in the bathroom.

Your holiday home/apartment is located in Tanndorf, a district of the town of Colditz, in the Mulde Valley near Grimma. The small, quiet village is centrally located in Saxony in the "Saxon Burgenland".
The inhabitants and guests of Colditz celebrated its 750th anniversary in 2015.
Colditz Castle (approx. 1000 years old), from 1147 used by Friedrich Duke of Swabia, later Emperor Barbarossa, 1404 owned by the Wettin dynasty, Kufürstin Sophie who resided in Colditz during the reign of Augustus the Strong, used as an electoral court until 1753, prison camp during World War II for Allied officers, now a refuge museum and castle park, Saxon State Music Academy, historic zoo, a monument with elements of a pleasure garden created between 1589 and 1600;
Colditz kaolin was the raw material for the production of the first European porcelain by Johann Friedrich Böttcher (Meissen);

Free cancellation possible up to 61 days before the arrival date.
The entitlement to costs arises only if further rental is not possible. Our claim for cancellation fees for holiday homes amounts to: From 60 to 31 days before the start of the trip 35% of the travel price, from 30 to 15 days before the start of the trip 50% of the travel price. In the event of later cancellation or non-arrival, 80% of the total travel amount will be charged. In view of this possible case, the tenant is recommended to conclude a travel cancellation insurance. You can cancel free of charge if, due to official or legal requirements, areas are closed or tourist rentals are prohibited during the booking period and a postponement to a later booking period is not possible.

Perfect cottage
This house is ideal for up to 4 people, 2 cosy bedrooms in absolute tranquillity. Everything you need is available. Directly on the cycle path and Freiberger Mulde. Many excursion possibilities

Cute little holiday home in the Mulde Valley
Wonderful view of the Mulde, quiet and in the middle of greenery. The cottage offers everything you need in a small area. It's a pity that it can't also be used in winter...
