Description

Only a few steps away from the North Sea dike, you will spend your holiday with all the amenities a modern holiday home can offer.

No deposit, no energy costs, no stress.

Cosy furnishings, modern flat-screen TVs in all rooms, Wi-Fi, a spacious terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers promise a pure holiday.

The sea, the sea air, sunsets ... everything right outside the door.

Should the weather not be so nice: How about a relaxing sauna session or a bath in the bathtub?
Or make yourself comfortable in the living room in front of the fireplace.

The kitchen is equipped with everything the hobby cook needs for a holiday menu.

There are 2 bedrooms with double beds each and one room with 2 single beds at your disposal.

So everything is prepared for you and your holiday.

Location and surroundings of object

The house is situated on one of the most beautiful plots of land in a holiday home settlement directly behind the North Sea dyke. Here you can experience the North Sea and the Wadden Sea Nature Park. The bathing area is only a few hundred metres from the house (no visitor's tax). You can reach the Eider barrage on foot in about 20 minutes.
To go shopping in Wesselburen ( Aldi, Sky, EDEKA) you need to take the car 5 Fruit and vegetables can be bought in the numerous farm shops.
The large seaside resorts of Büsum and St. Peter-Ording are both about 15 minutes away by car
Wesselburenerkoog is a small village on the North Sea near the Eider Barrier and the Katinger Watt.
The village lies between St. Peter-Ording and Büsum.

Completely happy "vacationing" in the Deichkoje...

... despite 1 week of continuous rain and gale-force winds.
The house is very cozy, tastefully and comfortably furnished. The sauna, the whirlpool, and especially the "Deichblick" - just fantastic. The welcome wine - a very nice way to welcome guests. We have rented many vacation homes but rarely such a gem. We will gladly become repeat offenders in the Deichkoje!

Warm, super comfortable holiday accommodation behind the dike.

Everything the heart desires, even when three generations want to go on winter vacation under one roof. Lots to experience in every direction outside; cozy and warm inside thanks to electric heating and even better: fireplace, sauna, and whirlpool provide emotional well-being. Country folk like us experienced a fantastic winter North Sea landscape. Thanks for the many comforts.

Really great holiday home!
This house is 100% recommendable. Nothing is missing, and it is furnished with attention to detail. Everything is very clean, not just superficially but also in the most remote corners. The location is very good and practically right on the dike. It is only a few meters to the bathing beach! In summer, you can certainly enjoy the well-kept garden and terrace. We were happy about the sauna and the hot tub because it was quite cold, and we could relax perfectly after the day trips. The kitchen equipment was very ample for 6 people! We will advertise this phenomenal house among acquaintances. THANK YOU!

Great holiday home with luxurious overall equipment!

I can only rely on the previous reviews. It was a wonderful vacation where nothing was missing (except for sheets, which the Flügel family promptly provided) Please bring your own sheets!

simply beautiful

we felt very comfortable right from the start. The facilities are really good and chosen with a lot of attention to detail. The beds are good, the furnishings very nice, and the technical equipment remarkable. The really good location and the overall very good condition of the house are also commendable.

Great experience, always worth recommending!

Absolutely beautiful holiday home, very successful interior design, large bathroom, all in all a house to feel comfortable in.
The deduction in terms of location is only due to the slightly greater distance to a larger city. However, this should not be a problem in the summer, and beautiful bike tours towards St. Peter Ording can certainly be undertaken.
There is only positive feedback about the landlords (very friendly, always easy to reach, helpful).

Family Ralf Lützner from Auerbach in the Upper Palatinate / Bavaria.

We spent the first two weeks of August 2014 in the "Deichkoje 8". The holiday home in the "Dänische Siedlung" is located directly behind the dyke, about 300m from the Wadden Sea. The cozy wooden house is equipped with everything a vacationer could wish for! Kitchen with all appliances you would only have at home. Bright, spacious and cozy living area, fireplace, WiFi and satellite TV in all rooms. The spacious outdoor terrace offers, in addition to the beautiful modern seating, a Weber kettle grill and, when the North Sea storm blows, a sturdy beach chair. Everything is thought of here, from dishes, pots and pans, silverware, etc. The guest does NOT need to bring anything!!! We have gladly used the house and treated it as if it were our own, which you can feel already with the first step over the threshold. Many thanks to the family Stephan and Kathrin Flügel, whose only concern is "the best for their guests."

Vicinity of the holiday home: Nordfriesisch, klar, gepflegt, herrliche Natur und gesundes Nordseeklima

free time activities: Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder mit und waren dadurch total mobil.
Aber auch ohne gibt es viele Möglichkeiten sich in der Natur zu bewegen. Ein toller Ausflugstip war für uns der besuch von Friedrichstadt, ca. 25km von der Dichkoje. Ein nettes Städtchen im Stil der Holländer mit Grachten und vielen kleinen netten Geschäften. Wir empfehlen dort eine Grachtenfahrt mitzumachen und anschließend in Tönning im KFT Fisch am Hafen kaufen oder dort essen - traumhaft!

shopping facilities: Es sind alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in großer Auswahl in der näheren Umgebung vorhanden.
