Description

Fully furnished holiday flat with a total of 2 bedrooms is located on the third floor of an apartment building. One bedroom has been furnished with a leather double bed (160 cm), the other with a bed (140 cm). From the bright living/dining room you have a view of Lake Constance, which is, however, partially obscured by trees in summer. Internet connection (60 MB) and a TV set are available. The small bathroom has a bathtub with shower facilities, a washbasin and WC. The kitchen was equipped with a 4-plate cooker, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker and dishes.

Bed linen, 1 towel and a large shower towel are provided for each guest.

With an occupancy of 2 persons (1 bedroom) the flat costs 85,00 Euro per day in the high season, 75,00 Euro per day in the low season. Minimum stay 5 nights!

This flat can also be rented by students or other people looking for accommodation from approx. to as a temporary flat. The monthly rent incl. all costs is 1.000,-- Euro. You have to bring your own bed linen and towels.

Location and surroundings of object

The apartment is only about 100 meters from the lakeshore. You can walk about 300-400 meters to the marina or to the center. In Friedrichshafen, there are numerous meadows and sections of the shore for sunbathing and swimming. You can also go to the nearby lido. In cooler weather, you can take a trip to the nearby spa/sauna in Friedrichshafen/Sportpark 1, with playgrounds in close proximity.
A bus stop is only about 50 m from the house. Friedrichshafen is located at the tri-border area of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, offering you ample excursion possibilities during your vacation. Friedrichshafen is the city of the Zeppelin. It flies by close to the house every day. A beautiful lakeside promenade with numerous international restaurants and ice cream parlors invites you to stroll or linger, with a view of the lake. There is a bike rental shop diagonally opposite.

Daily flat rate with the corresponding seasonal price is valid for a double room (1-2 persons), living room, kitchen and bathroom with WC. The second double room costs 15,-- Euro per person (max. 2 persons). The final cleaning for the booking with 1 bedroom is 50,-- Euro, for 2 bedrooms there is a surcharge of 10,-- Euro.

additional information:

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a multi-family house without an elevator, thus unsuitable for people who have trouble climbing stairs. Since 2023, the city of Friedrichshafen has introduced a visitor's tax for holiday guests. During your stay, you will receive the "Echt Bodensee Card". With this, you can use public transport by bus and train for free, as well as benefits at more than 195 attractions and destinations in the four-country region of Lake Constance. Additionally, there is sometimes a discount on ferry connections.
Visitor's tax from 04/01 - 10/31: Adults per night 2.80 Euros, children and teenagers (6-18 years) 1.40 Euros
Visitor's tax from 11/01 - 03/31: Adults per night 1.70 Euros, children and teenagers (6-18 years) 0.85 Euros
The visitor's tax is due at the time of booking and must be transferred to me, to be forwarded to the city of Friedrichshafen.

Rating of the vacation apartment

The whole apartment is quite old and we did not like it there.
The stove is inadequate.
Would not recommend.

Das Alter einer Wohnung ist in meinen Augen kein Grund für eine schlechte Bewertung! Die überwiegenden Möbel meiner Wohnung sind vor 4 Jahren neu angeschafft worden und auch sehr hochwertig (echtes Lederbett, echte Ledercouch). Wenn Gäste eine Neubauwohnung beziehen möchten, sollten sie sich die Bilder einer Anzeige genauer durchsehen. Auf den Bildern meiner Wohnung kann jeder erkennen, dass diese schon etwas älter ist. Meine Wohnung wird im Internet genauso fotografiert, wie der Gast diese vorfindet. Der Herd/Backofen funktioniert, ist aufgrund des Alters jedoch langsamer, als ein Cerankochfeld.

Super location

The flat is in a very good location. There is a car park directly opposite, for 4.40€ a day, and it is only a few minutes' walk to the harbour or the pedestrian zone of Friedrichshafen. The flat itself unfortunately has some defects such as the cooker is very old and does not work properly. But the flat serves its purpose.

Wie die Urlauberin geschrieben hat, ist der Herd alt. Dieser, inklusive Backofen, ist aber voll funktionstüchtig! Die Platten werden nicht so schnell heiß wie ein Cerankochfeld. Ansonsten kann ich nicht nachvollziehen, was die Mieterin unter einigen Mängel in der Wohnung versteht. Alles funtioniert hier!

Living at the Harbor

The landlord is very friendly, the location of the apartment is great. Just a few minutes' walk to the harbor, the ferry, and the city center. Shopping options around the corner.

Practical flat in top location

The flat is located in Friedrichshafen directly at the marina. There is even a lateral view of the lake from the living room. The flat itself is functionally equipped. Everything you need is there. I find it easy to accommodate 3 people. 4 when the children are smaller
The flat itself is a little older, but in good condition
I rented the flat for business purposes for a longer period in winter. Therefore I can't really rate the service section. However, the landlady was very friendly and took care of any problems immediately, hence 5 stars.

Cozy holiday apartment in a great location near the lake

The vacation rental is suitable for four people. Everything you need is available.
The apartment is cozy. The best thing is the great location, in 3 minutes you can get anywhere (lake, shopping, etc. top). The landlady is very nice and we had a great contact. Everything as it should be. Thanks again here.

Great vacation

We stayed with 4 people in the accommodation and had a very nice vacation. Due to the central location, we were able to reach everything easily on foot (lake, bike rental, shopping, train). The owner is very friendly and responded quickly to questions via email. The apartment was clean and the facilities were very good, except for the kitchen where small things were missing. I would recommend the vacation apartment.

Lt. Frau J. fehlten in der Küche Backpapier bzw. Gewürze. In meinen Augen gehört das nicht zur Grundausstattung einer Ferienwohnung (teilweise bekommt man in dt. Ferienwohnungen nicht mal eine Rolle WC-Papier gestellt). Vor allem mit den Gewürzen habe ich meine Probleme. Ich selbst würde aus hygienischen Gründen niemals offene Gewürze verwenden!

Clean, well-maintained apartment with a good location.

The 3-room apartment is located on the third floor of an older building. The apartment is well laid out, so that three or four people can live very comfortably. The two bedrooms and the living room are very modern and practical. The only drawback in terms of equipment is the very old stove in the kitchen.
The location is really great. You can easily reach the apartment on foot from the train station in 15 minutes. You can reach Lake Constance within 3 minutes.
The landlady is very friendly and gives a detailed tour of the apartment.

Cozy accommodation near the lake...

well-equipped holiday apartment in view of the lake shore, but on a relatively busy road even at night - however, close to the harbor and train station, cycling and hiking paths with great connections to Switzerland and Austria.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Friedrichshafen ist halt kein Kurort sondern auch Industriestandort

free time activities: alles was der Bodensee so bietet - Baden, Boot fahren, Rad fahren, Kultur + Museen ist gut erreichbar

shopping facilities: in 500m Entfernung gibs alles notwendige

Diese Wohnung wird ohne Serviceleistung im Internet angeboten. Der Schlüssel wird bei Ankunft übergeben, bzw. beim Auszug wieder übernommen. Mehr Service als 1 Satz Bettwäsche, 1 Duschtuch und ein Handtuch pro Urlauber wird nicht versprochen.

Ich habe meine Ferienwohnung im Sommer 2014 das erste Mal vermietet. Kein anderer Gast hat die Straße bzw. den Verkehr bei Nacht bemängelt, dies ist ja auch eher subjektiv zu sehen. Für jemanden der normal eher ländlich wohnt mag das stimmen, allerdings ist die Wohnung nicht direkt an der Straße, sondern ca. 50 m davon entfernt.
