This holiday home in Lavensby Alsen, Denmark, with sea view, for 6 persons, is situated on a natural plot in a newly developed holiday home area, which leads to the bathing beach at a short distance of 250 metres. From the ground you have a magnificent view over the Little Belt. The hilly and scenically varied area is ideal for families. The house is modernly furnished throughout with comfortable furniture. There are two bathrooms, a bright lounge area like a well-equipped kitchen like a whirlpool and sauna.

The nearby beach, with its shallow water and offshore sandbanks, is good for children, sunbathers and bathers and ideal for families with children. There is a campsite nearby where you can buy fresh bread rolls. Many opportunities for fishing and sailing, there is a boat ramp near the house.

You can also visit the town of Sønderborg with its beautiful harbour front, historic buildings, castle, good shopping, cosy restaurants and lively nightlife (22 km).
Sønderborg Castle has been renovated in Baroque style and houses, among other things, a museum about the history of Sønderjylland.
Dybbøl Mill (originally from 1744) used to be in the middle of a military area and is now furnished with pictures and memorabilia from the battlefield (26 km)
Gråsten Castle and its garden is surrounded by beautiful South Jutland nature with woods and lakes. The richly decorated castle church and the flowery castle garden are open to the public (36 km).

Nice holiday home in a good location.
The holiday home is beautifully situated with a view of the Little Belt. However, the access is only possible via paths with many potholes. This is not very nice for cycling and also not so nice by car. It was described that there are fresh bread rolls at the campsite, but unfortunately the kiosk was closed. To eat an ice cream or drink a beer, you had to go to Nordborg, but the campsite was closed.
