Kuća Volta is a newly renovated authentic Istrian stone house, family-owned, located in the quiet and small village of Rakalj (eastern side of Istria County, 25km from Pula).
You can rent the entire house with a living room and kitchen on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds) and a bathroom on the upper floor, as well as a large yard with a pool, covered parking space, terrace with barbecue, and an additional building with an extra bathroom.
The house has a capacity for 4 people. The place Rakalj itself is very peaceful, away from the summer crowds and ideal for a quiet family stay and vacation.
The owner does not live nearby so you have privacy.
It is 2 km from the house to the nearest beach and 50 m from the center of the place with a shop and restaurant.
Guests have at their disposal: yard, pool, cutlery and cooking utensils, satellite TV, WiFi internet access, double air conditioners, bed linen, towels, pool, barbecue, outdoor shower.
