Description
Comfortably and cosily furnished holiday home for 6 people. A large garden with sun terrace invites you to sunbathe, play and relax
Ground floor: Open living-dining area with flat-screen TV with satellite connection and stereo system; fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave; bathroom with shower cubicle; entrance area with wardrobe and large storage room.
First floor: 2 bedrooms (one of them with two additional sleeping possibilities in a bunk under the roof - great fun for children). Both bedrooms with flat screen TV and blackout blinds. Dryer and washing machine can be used in the administration building for a fee.
Private parking directly at the house. Info folder with great tips for excursions and activities, free WLan,

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in the holiday complex "Ferienpark am Meer", approx. 200m from the dyke, on the outskirts of Burhave. Burhave in the heart of Butjadingen has become an "insider tip" among connoisseurs! Surrounded by the North Sea, the Jade Bay and the Weser estuary, it offers you what feels like 1000 possibilities for a great holiday. Butjadingen is part of the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park. The stimulating climate is healthy for body and soul. Salt water, mudflats, shrimp boats and the smell of the sea and fresh fish - there's always something going on here! Whether spring, summer, autumn or winter, experience nature, recharge your batteries, walk or cycle in front of, behind or on the dyke - the choice is yours. Our holiday home is located directly behind the dyke, with a bunk under the roof - fun for children! When the water is gone, there is lots of dredging and digging in the silt - when the water comes from above, there is the play barn with great play opportunities. Excursions to the Klimahaus in Bremerhaven are also very interesting for children
With "bike and boat" to Bremerhaven, a great idea if you don't feel like going to the beach (detailed information in our information folder in the house)!
Restaurants and shopping facilities are within walking distance. Fresh crabs and fresh fish are available daily from the Fedderwardersiel fishermen's cooperative or directly from the cutter.
Activities on site include the play barn (especially for children) and the North Sea lagoon in front of the dyke, where you can spend a wonderful day swimming even at low tide.

Super cozy house!
The stay in Kurt's house was simply beautiful. The holiday home is very cozy and has everything you need. We felt very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything and it's fun to cook there. The living room offers a great view of the large garden, from which you can also see the dike. On rainy days, the living / dining area invites you to spend evenings playing games or reading together. We would love to come back!

Gemütliches Ferienhaus
In September 2017, we had a great holiday in the cozy holiday home. Booking the house was easy and fast. All inquiries were promptly answered. We really liked the holiday home. It is very well equipped, located in a quiet holiday park with optimal proximity to the beach. All desired destinations (shopping, bakeries, restaurants) are within walking distance. Unfortunately, we had forgotten something in the house when we left, but the owners helped us quickly and without complications. We would definitely book the holiday home again for our next vacation.

Kurt's House in Burhave
A charming house. Appealing - both inside and out. The stairs to the upper floor are padded, so there is no risk of slipping. Overall - a pleasant vacation. Also for our dog. TOP!

Very good and cozy equipment, including a cozy kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom with a shower, and comfortable beds. The dedicated parking spot in front of the house is also very convenient. The location is perfect for hiking and exploring the beautiful area around the city.

cozy vacation home in the Austrian Alps
We felt very comfortable in this holiday home; it is well equipped with everything you need. The landlords are very helpful and reachable quickly via email and phone. Energy costs in winter are within the normal range. A renovation of the shower/toilet would be desirable :)) Unfortunately, the dike, which is only about 200m away, is only accessible via detours. We would come back as the overall package is fine.
