We are offering a newly built holiday apartment for short-term rental.
This holiday apartment has 2 separate bedrooms with double beds, equipped with high-quality mattresses and toppers. One bedroom has a TV.
All bedrooms are located at the back in a quiet area facing the fields.
The bathroom has a beautiful large walk-in shower with a shelf, as well as a large washbasin with plenty of storage space. Thanks to the skylight, this bathroom also gets plenty of daylight. The spacious living area offers enough space for 4 people.
Each room has a balcony. The sea can be seen well in the distance.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you could wish for on holiday.
A small storage room is also part of the apartment.
Free internet is available at the property.
Bookings are only possible in the high season without gaps or with a minimum gap of 7 days!
The exterior of the property still needs to be completed. The construction work naturally pauses during the season.
The apartments themselves are ready for occupancy.

Wonderful holiday apartment
Our stay at Villa Friederike was really great!
The apartment is up to date, everything is new and clean.
You can see how much heart and soul the Kohlmeyer family has invested here.
The house is not completely finished yet, but that is absolutely not a drawback.
The contact was very friendly, and we were able to check in to the apartment before 4pm, which was really good.
The walk to the beach is also only a few minutes away.
All in all, a very nice vacation! Can highly recommend this apartment.
