We offer a new holiday flat with first occupancy at short notice
This holiday flat has 2 separate bedrooms with double beds. Equipped with high-quality mattresses and toppers. One bedroom has a TV.
The bedrooms are all located to the rear in a quiet location facing the field.
The bathroom has a nice large walk-in shower with storage, as well as a large washstand with lots of storage. The skylight also gives this bathroom plenty of natural light.
The spacious living area offers enough room for 4 people.
Each room has a balcony. The sea is clearly visible in the distance.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you could wish for on holiday.
A small storage room is also part of the flat.
Free internet is available at the property.
Bookings in the main season are only possible without gaps or with a free space of at least 7 days!
The main building is still under renovation. The flats themselves are of course ready for occupancy

Wonderful holiday apartment
Our stay at Villa Friederike was really great!
The apartment is up to date, everything is new and clean.
You can see how much heart and soul the Kohlmeyer family has invested here.
The house is not completely finished yet, but that is absolutely not a drawback.
The contact was very friendly, and we were able to check in to the apartment before 4pm, which was really good.
The walk to the beach is also only a few minutes away.
All in all, a very nice vacation! Can highly recommend this apartment.
